Oporto

I am a regular there in the evenings to grab my dinner after a long day at work, Alana has the best customer service. Im greeted with a smile, she is always happy and remembers my order.
Its just nice way to end my day.
They need to hire more staff that has this great attitude and work ethics.

The girl Vanessa who served me was very sweet I’m very happy with my experience here today and would definitely come again!
Plus she was a bit of a cutie!

21 minutes in drive through.rude staff.no apologies.was only 2 cars in drive through.burger bland and un seasoned.chips cold dry

Not very happy ordered a chicken box and had no chips in there. And I also ordered churros and they didn’t give me them after I paid for it. I rang the store over 5 times and no one picks up zero stars

Shocking! Had to wait around for an online order with an hours notice of pick up time only to get our meal home to realise that it was missing a whole chicken. How do you misplace a whole chicken? Further attempts to contact the store for a refund have been futile. A shame considering that have such good food

Worst place ever.i order the 1/4 chicken box with leg part. They always give the wing part. This is 4 times in a row. Last time i ordered i asked for the leg part. She said no worries. As usually i check the box and again did not give me the leg.why not just say straight dont have any left.but mysteriously can buy whole chicken or half chicken points to the fact its in your business not to sell the leg part. Shocking liars. Dont even deserve any stars

EDIT: Alex (the manager) called following the incident and promised better service to all of their customers going forward. I appreciate that. My hope is that service will get better for all their customers in the future.

We were at drive through, the guy forgot our drink so I waited at drive through window, the guy (I think his name was verain or something) walked towards the window, opened it, yet ignored us and started taking another order. When I asked for the missing drink he pointed his finger signalling me to stop talking, that was rude, he said that he’s serving a customer so I should not talk, I told him that I am also a customer but he kept talking rudely. I have never in my life had experienced this worst service ever. No manners at all and I don’t expect that Oporto will take any action looking at other views where people have had similar experience and still nothing is done to improve their service but I am never returning to this Oporto ever and won’t recommend it to anyone.

This place is well equipped with a variety of food selections to eat in or take away.
I asked for an item on the advertising screen and it wasn't available at that time. But.the toilets were filthy and there were food scraps and stains left on chairs and tables.

I went here yesterday afternoon and got the chilli cheese fries. It literally said $4.45 on the menu screen but when I got to the window they told me it was $8. Ridiculous. Also, the girl at the window was really rude especially when I questioned her on the pricing. She said it was a week deal or something. After paying I had to wait so long for my food. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

Staff seemed pretty clueless at the time, food was hardly "fast food". Food was OK but was more effort than it was worth.

Honestly the best garlic dipping sauce! However ordered burgers from there and they came through menulog very soggy when eaten and the chips we extremely soggy. Probably not the best idea ordering through menulog. Maybe eat in instead for a better experience.

Really hate this restaurant not only for this one issue also with food quality. I ordered bondi burger meal through uber eat. Restaurant added a slice of bacon in my burger without any special request. I realised after eating some portion of burger because it was not expected by oporto. I was ill after eating bacon because i never ever ate bacon in my life and when i contact restaurant and inform them about this all they said pls ring uber eat we can't do anything. Instead of apologising they ran away from their responsibility. Please always check your burger that is it the same the one you order.

Wok in a box. Oily fried rice. About 3 tablespoons of oil in the bottom of the container at the end of the meal. Disgusting.

Very bad staff, specially staff was recist, just throwing food bag 3 times. So we are not beggars, at least buy food from our earning money that's why you got work.give respect and take respect. (5 times experience now) because of I m from overseas. Oporto also overseas brand.

Service was great the girl was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us and was happy and cheerful. Well done.

Krispy Kreme.say no more. A bit quiet due to Covid. Nice place for quick stop, or stay & use the WIFI

Oportos is always good food and more often than not freshly prepared. My only beef with them is the price. Long gone are the days of affordable takeaway.

Found it to be lovely and clean lots of things to buy but best of all was the frozen coke that day

The staff don't have any idea about their own items. We were three people and ordered separately and everyone was served partial order. Even he didin't have any knowledge about their reward card.:/

I ordered two 1/4 chicken packs with chips for the sides for both (they come with garlic dip and flat bread) the cost of each was $11. I expected 2 seperate packs for the chicken - the reason I ordered it this way. What I got was the chicken in the one box - if I wanted it this way I would've ordered the 1/2 chicken pack (cost $16 and saved $6) - do not merge meals to save packaging if I'm f#*king paying for it!
