Worst experience ever with online delivery! Called the driver and got to know that they made driver wait almost 15mins. Therefore, waited more than an hour for the food that taste horrible! I don’t recommend anyone to visit this store. Ewwwwwwwww

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience during my visit. Unfortunately, I was unable to finish the chicken box I ordered due to several issues. Firstly, it appears that they used old oil for frying, resulting in an unpleasant taste and texture. Moreover, the 2 pieces of chicken were burned, and the chicken burger was not adequately cooked, which poses health risks due to the potential presence of bacteria. Additionally, the potatoes lacked the desired level of crispiness. Overall, I regret to say that my dining experience was far from satisfactory.

One of my favorite veggie burger I always try from Oporto and it is very delicious in taste. Customer service is also very good. All over my experience was very good.

I ordered food 1 month ago.but it was cancelled after some time by opporto. I want my money back, as it was cancelled 14 may.and there is writing "your money will back 24 hours or when we process payment"". But still neither I get my money back nor any response by opporto

Ordered some crispy chicken tenders as they were really crunchy as the chicken was delicious

As the staff are really nice and kind as it wasn't to busy whenever I walked past this store

Bought about $60 worth take away meal and end up getting burnt food with no sauce at all. Very disappointed.

Its quiet at the moment and yet i still have to wait nearly 10mins. 2 x times now.not coming back.

Customer service is excellent here and I’ve tried the chicken salad and the chicken haloumi burger and both were awesome.

It's a pretty basic burger, the sauce is nice, it's a good burger to stave off hunger. The fries are really good, the chicken strips are of a generous size, but they're made with breast meat, which is not my favourite, but they do have a couole of good sauces that would satisfy any heatlover. Reasonably priced.

The veggie options are quite limited and the vegi burger is quite dry but other than that it was a nice quick easy meal. Lovely chips and friendly quick service for a busy day too:)

Food was good. Everyone looked dead miserable. One girl kept rolling her eyes everytime she got told to do something. Although I'm not there for the staff I didnt feel welcome.

Writing this review after a lot of experience with different (almost all) oporto location around Adelaide.
Undoubtedly the best service and the best preparation of items compared to other outlets.
The pulled chicken taca bowl is brilliantly made every single time i visit them. Keep it up guys.

Lemon herb chicken with pita bread is absolutely delicious. Like the garlic dip and fries. Fries sometimes tastes a bit less seasoned. Great value for money. Cordial staff and quick service. Wishing best.

Good service and food as good as always. The service was also very quick considering the number of people in the line!

Food quality is very consistent and have not experienced poor food quality from this establishment. During busier periods and occasionally during quieter periods service times can be long.

I love Oportos and have a triple-fillet Bondi burger (with chilli!) everytime I go to the CBD. My experience at this store has been great as the burgers have always been done well.

Got my order wrong, all the staff kept talking about booze & the chips weren't even cooked. I love Oporto but I aint wasting my time there again.
