Absolutely fantastic service by Natalie as always. She’s the epitome of good customer service. Food is always fresh and hot when served by her. I wouldn’t recommend any other Oporto store.

It was so slow I was waiting in the drive for about an hour. Don't waste your time guys skip this Oporto

Slowest food known to man, expect to be waiting in the drive thru for 30 mins, what a joke AVOID! The management on this shop should be fired, understaffed on a Saturday night and making people wait that long to get food……. I’ll never return to this shop!

I ordered two pulled chicken bowls. Came out half full. Almost no chicken or rice and mostly tomato salad. Not impressed

Waited in drive-thru line for 20minutes, to then get cold chips. Weren't even slightly warm. No apology for the wait time from staff either, overall, a joke! Won't be back

Whilst I've enjoyed frequently coming to this oporto i believe it's time to stop. The food quality has dropped massively with very inconsistent meals coming out. Sometimes i'll get my meal somewhat cold with soggy chips and yet i'm paying well over $20 dollars. It's really frustrating because i don't eat junk food too often but when i do you expect it to be half decent especially for the price that is being paid. This venue also forgets the sauces 70% of the time. If you do an order via ubar eats from here the meal will arrive cold 95% of the time with once again soggy chips. Oporto is not worth the money any longer, It is glorified slop.

Sitting in the drive thru with nobody else in line waited for 22 minutes exactly so I just drove off with no food I mean I'm patient but there's a limit man just lazy staff I guess

First time at Oporto, currently have been waiting in the drive through for 40 minutes and still haven’t gotten our food. It took 15 minutes for the car in front of us to get there food. I feel sorry to the 4th car that is waiting behind us they’ve already been waiting for 20 minutes, they might have to wait an hour or more to get their food at this rate.

Honesty the worst store.manager is rude the team has no communication with one another people treat you bad and bully you I wouldn't go there not worth time or money people are rude I got food from there and it was absolutely disgusting chicken wasn't cooked chips were soggy ewww

I ordered the Bondi burger box through Ubereats and to my surprise my food arrived warm (can't expect it to piping hot after travelling in an car with air conditioning), the burger was well made and delicious, the tub of chilli sauce to go with the chicken tenders was filled almost to the top, so not only did I have enough for the chicken tenders, there was plenty for me to dip my chips into, now although my photo shows the chicken tenders to appear to be a little dark around the edges, I can assure you that they were perfectly cooked, juicy and indeed tender, the chips were a little more salty than I like but very tasty none the less.
All in all, a very enjoyable lunch.

Meal was good (Bondi Burger Box) on a 40 degree day. But forgot the bacon I paid for on the burger. Didn't take a receipt as I like to reduce waste. Will pay more attention next time before I leave.

Waited 40 minutes and they gave my misso the wrong burger. Now she wants to kill herself, thanks for ruining my weekend.

May as well ordered salt with some chips, ordered the soggy Tropicana burger as meal deal with extra meant to been a large size chips. Away above the healthy salt level, I'm sure if it was taken for testing the salt on the chips would've been of the scale ️. Don't recommend, unless you want salt with soggy burger, if you want then go to oporto on curtis road

Love the Bondi burger! Can be a bit slow here at times, and can get order wrong on occasion however, the food is well worth the wait.

Ordered the Bondi burger meal with oprego sauce thru the drive thru. Received the burger and it did come marked that it had oprego sauce but it didn't really have it at all. I wanted to ring in personally and the phone line won't connect.

Seriously, why did I wait so long?
I thought because the chips we're getting cooked fresh after three cars drove through ahead of me, but they weren't hot. I asked for no sauces on my son's burger, it was drenched in tomato sauce. Chip cups half empty for large serve and chicken in wrap was cold. So seriously. Why did we wait for like fifteen minutes? !

Yet another place that didnt check the order before handing it off to an uber driver. The meal went from a 5 piece chicken box with chips and a drink to a small bucket of chips and a drink.extremely unhappy!
