We ordered a burger meal takeaway at the counter, and after a 20 minute wait with only drive through orders to deal with, they forgot to include the burger. Unfortunately didn't notice till we were far away. Tried to call to rectify, but nobody answered. Poor form.

First experience of Oporto. Very disappointed with the food. The chicken in the burger was the scrag end of something older than me. I'm 74! What a shame.

Food is okay, service is horrible.
Some of the worst 'grilled' chicken I've had.
Asked if I wanted chilli sauce, sayd yes, got no chilli sauce. Fairly rude speking to them too. Save your money, go elsewhere.

Stood at counter for 15minutes until they told me that I needed to go through drive through. Went through and they said kitchen was closed. Very poor service

Told no cooked chicken for 25 minutes then stuck in driveway for 20 minutes behind other waiting clients. Could not get out. At window, totally ignored as the young woman knew l had not ordered and why. Shocking service and PR. Never go back.finally got a chicken from Coles half the price and taste just as good.

This is my 3rd time being at this drive thru and every single time I wait for 10 minutes to get my food. Very slow customer and food service.

Staff not professional.not focusing on making and packing the order. Talking with each other in kitchen.

The chicken in the burger was black on the outside way over cooked and had as much flavour as dry cardboard

The Indian guy without the hat was being aggressive taking order, not the best way to behave with customers

What is it with Oporto staff? Always standing around talking.they see you and tell you to wait while they finish a conversation? Atrocious

Oporto has the best flame grilled chicken by far.gotta check them out! The Bondi burgers are pretty amazing too and absolutely love their chilli sauce.

So frustrating, you order two meals and something is always missing. ALWAYS MISSING.never get a full order. Better listening needed eith staff.

We love Oporto, the food is delicious. However we are often waiting on store for longer than is expected just to get served. Priority send to be given to drive thru orders. 5 star food, 2 star service.

The worst when it comes to packing an Oder for Uber eats on time, waited almost an hour and a half for it to be packed, 3 stars bc foods alright I guess

My first time ordering food from oporto 8.25pm, no customers, tables dirty, menus covered in food, grease/oil and newspaper fingerprints. Staff member serving did not know the menu at all. She could not answer any of my questions. I asked if she was new. She said yes, 2 weeks in the job! Obviously no training or no interest. In 2 weeks one would think she would know the menu to some degree. Now only thing left is to taste the food.

Absolutely filthy in the eating area with Oporto boxes, lettuce, crumbs, etc laying on all the tables and chairs. Will never return or recommend. Sorry but I have standards. (4 staff standing around talking just before we arrived and yet could not clean up).

Unprofessional staff! One man was sitting on the drive through counter and having coffee while I came to say hello and wanted to order food. He glanced up me and continue having his coffee! I waited in front of counter until a lady staff came up and she helped me. This made me feel so uncomfortable, and I wonder such big company did not require staff to care and show respecting to customers?

A tad overpriced, but the staff is very helpful. I lost my glasses and couldn't read the menu so Pranay read out the whole menu for me.

Ordered whole chicken with chilli base. Got burned and dry chicken pieces without the chilli base. This is not the Oporto I know.the other reviews explains why it’s the worst store in Adelaide! Won’t try here again

I love oporto foods. Specially their double bondi burger. This drive Thru is open all day and night.
