Very poor service and not reliable, my sister booked Rakhi from New Zealand in last week of July 2023 but even after 1 month the same not received to me. Courier details provided states it has been returned back for no reason. The company is so irresponsible that even after several follow ups they are only giving assurance of delivering soon. Just 2 days left for Rakhi festival still no whereabouts? Not a reliable company.

I would give 10/10 to the amazing team. I have placed an overseas order. They have delivered it within time. I would recommend their service to all other people who are looking for reliable platform for sending gifts to their dear ones.

I especially requested for the message on Rakhi card and it’s completely missing from the delivery package. When you are unable to customise it, why do you even mention it on portal?
When texted on customer care I get response as Hi, We busy helping other customers.

I have rakhi to my brothers in Melbourne from Sydney. They have delivered on time with beautifully packed. The sweets were so fresh and delicious. They delivered in 2-3 days which is really quick.
I would recommend to all of them for sending gift hampers.
They are cheap than other websites. Have got amazing gift hampers

The team at Rakhi.com sent another rakhi via express post so there would be no chance of my brother not receiving it. At end end, my brother received 2 Rakhis on time!
