One Little Tea

I prefer Taiwanese version of milk tea, so it is not for me. But if you like a stronger one, just go for it. I will try different tastes next time.
Service is very quick. The shop is only for take away.

I ordered four cups of precious milk and a cup of poplar juice nectar. I have never had such a terrible drink in my life️

No service at all, Was standing there waiting they looked at me went on to their phones 2 other girls came along and they served them straight away I walked off and took my money/order elsewhere

This place has bad rating for a reason.i do not recommend you to waste your money in exchange for disappointment.there are many good bubble tea shops in Chinatown.this shop's pearls tasted like recooked left over.

We ordered coconut mango taro they gave us coconut taro. We ordered 50% sugar they gave us 30%. Never coming back!

Tried to order at 9: 51pm physically at the counter and was told ‘we are closed’. Website says they close at 10pm. It takes less than 2 minutes to make a tea. Very disappointed. #doesthebosscare

My fav from here is the Peach Yakult Tea with big bubbles and small bubbles. The teas they make here have so much flavour and taste wonderful!
The only downfall is that half the time there are no workers and you have to wait for a long time before workers come out to serve you

Very slow service… i waiting 15 minute ms for a salad. Only 2 other people in the shop.
The prawn salad for $15 was miserable

I ordered 2 black tea with milk and waited for 15minutes eventhought the cafe was nit busy at all. Very slow service and when i asked the lady about my order.she just answered with her sour face that my order is not ready.very disappointed with the service.first and the last to visit this place.mever again.bad service.not welcoming at all.sorry for the owner for having such attitude front liner.

Asked for their recommendation, was very satisfied with the drink. Customer service was mediocre.

Asked for black peach tea with half sugar and black pearls, they gave me a mix of jelly and other pearls that were not what we asked for. Tasted like no sugar and had 0 flavour, made us feel quite unwell after drinking. When we asked why there were no black pearls they were quite rude and said they had didn’t stock them even though we saw them in other customers drinks. Also failed to tell us that they didn’t have black pearls before we paid and gave us green tea rather than black.

Terrible and slow service, we have three simple order but have to wait for 20 minutes when there's no customers around.
The staffs seem don't know how to run the shop, they look at their phone half of the time, do not engage with the customers come to the shop front.
2 out of 3 order they got it wrong, put the bubble or sugar into the wrong drinks, but store insist that's what we order. Terrible! The customer service is shocking too. Wouldn't be back again!

Quick service, affordable, weekly go to bubble tea place, matcha milk tea is "thick" (which I personally like), keep me awake for whole day haha

Ordered a brown sugar black milk tea with standard sugar and less ice
honestly soooooo good
brown sugar syrup tastes like natural sugar melted, not at all artificial like many other places
pearls super chewy xx

Poor customer service. Staff were a bit rude. Ordered lychee grapefruit but where is my grapefruit haha. Unlike what I saw on the menu. I see no grapefruit?
