Really shocked. My partner rang to ask if she could change her appointment to a phone consultation, she has smashed her ankle up and can't walk. The receptionist said no, only elderly or people with covid can have phone appointments. She told my partner to get a lift or a taxi. We called a few taxi's and were told $80! Just to get in for a dr app that could have been done over the phone. The receptionists attitude when my partner pleaded for her to ask the Dr if they could make an exception was no - its policy. So unhelpful and uncommunity minded.

Absolutely discusted with the service and the young receptionist Crystal who was INCREDIBLELY rude to me has Absolutely NOO idea about closing the Gap for Aboriginal people. I will NEVER EVER USE this surgery again. I suggest you all educate yourselves IMMEDIATELY.

Anita is one of the best doctors i have ever met the doctors surgury has come along way since they first opened and i have never had a bad visit yet

I phoned the doctor surgery I usually go to as I was really unwell, they wouldn't help me. My daughter suggested I ring the surgery that she goes to which I did. Dr. Anita spoke to me and helped me straight away. Without her help I would have suffered terribly throughout the weekend. I am so grateful to Dr. Anita, and go to her all the time now.

I had 2 phone consultations and both times they failed to call me. Not sure what’s going on there but absolutely disappointed with their reception service and call back service. Do not recommend this clinic.

Dr Anita is amazing. She is really good with my high needs medical child, and has picked up multiple times when my daughter needs to go to hospital and each time she is right. I wouldn't trust anyone else in the hills with my daughter's health.

Dr Anita has been my doctor now for a number of years, always able to see my family and offer advice. We truly are lucky to have such a wonderful GP in the hills!

Just moved to area. Went for prescription renewal for mental health issue. Doctor took no real interest and reluctantly wrote prescription but said I had to organise to see pyschiatrist before she would give another. No details of how or who to make appointment. I got worse while with nurse who decided to try and find hospital for me but I wasn't kept in and still received no medication. Doctor Anita had taken my prescriptions and refused to write new ones and no follow up or care from doctor or clinic. I already felt worthless this has made me worse.

This is a lovely, calm family practice. The staff are friendly and approachable. The doctors are thorough, knowledgeable and very caring. I moved here from Tailem Bend and have found this to be the friendliest doctor in the area. I think Anita Ahmed is a God send. She always looks out for me and her follow up care is awesome.

Nurses, receptionists and doctors are all wonderfully caring and to find a place that still bulk bills is a true blessing for the hills.

Wonderful, comforting experience, lovely ladies on reception, and Dr Ahmed was both thorough and very gentle and kind at the same time. Thrilled with the service. Will start going here regularly.
