Fail to notify us immediately when they were having issues with having our shingles shots, long way to drive to be told it wasn't happening

Always professional with GP not rushing you out the door. This incurs a waiting time on occasion but as the GP is thorough and ensures all questions answered before you leave I do not find this an issue.
Other health related services are also no onsite including chemist and pathology

Saw Dr Yee (Skin Specialist) today for a skin review. First time at One Care Medical. I was very impressed with the facility and the staff.

Dr Nazeer didn’t keep me waiting at all! Just asked what I wanted (a script), wrote it out & that was it. Exactly what I wanted! Thanks

Went in for a skin cancer check, highly recommend this centre. Fantastic service, great system to check on growths.

Staff are always friendly and helpful and Dr Darren is extremely good at diagnosing and explaining symptoms as well as discussing any treatment options. I'm very happy with his professional and friendly demeanour.

Records lost. Attempts to contact them to sort out billing problems repeatedly not answered. Billings being sent for appointments that should have been bulk billed. Unresponsive practice manager. We are a family of 5 and have been with these guys 10 years but experience over last couple months disorganised and unprofessional. Moving to a new practice as we are fed up.

Our Telephone Consult was on time, Dr Graham Chau was lovely as always my experience as always was amazing thank you One Care and thank you Dr Graham.

Always friendly and reliable staff, Doctors and service. My Doctor is amazing and very prompt. I have been going there for years and wouldn't go anywhere else unless I had to.

Over the last seven years we found Dr Duvnjak and Dr Ting remarkable and very professional, and initially the support staff were very professional, however that has changed significantly in the last two years.
NOTE; we understand that the doctors often run behind schedule mainly due to the quality of care they provide for their patients instead of keeping to the appointment schedule.
We don’t have a problem with this as we would contact the medical centre to inquire if the doctors were “on time” or “running late”.
Up to about 18 months ago most of the receptionists would inform us of the probable waiting times and we would allow for the doctors running behind schedule. However this year in particular the arrangement of contacting the medical centre 10-15 minutes prior to the allocated consultation to establish how late Dr Duvnjak was running has been disgraceful.
On at least 5 occasions when we have contacted reception we have been told “there are one, two or three people scheduled ahead of us and the wait would be approx. 20 minutes per patient. Each time we attended for the consultation only to be forced to wait up to two hours before having the consultation.
We found this to be extremely frustrating and a waste of our time. The last straw was in November this year when inquired if Dr Duvnjak was on schedule or running late. We were advised the Dr Duvnjak was “on schedule”, we promptly arrived at the medical centre on time, but then over the next 50 minutes we watched 3 other patients see Dr Duvnjak before us. At this point we advised reception staff that we could not wait any longer as we had arrangements to meet with other people and we left in disgust.
Several days later we attempted to make another appointment by phone, during the call the receptionist put us on hold for several minutes while she inquired when a suitable appointment time could be established. While we were on hold the phone call was cut off with no explanation (this was not the first time we experienced this).
It was several hours later when medical centre staff tried to ring us back, by this time we were very upset and did not answer the calls as we had decided to find another medical centre that treated their patients better.
We have found another medical centre that is more respectful our time and we experience less than 10 minutes waiting time.
While the doctors at One Care MC are remarkable the same cannot be said for the management of reception services. We found this very disappointing.

Giving a call to the clinic asking whether they could do vaccination tomorrow. The receptionist who answered the call was extremely rude, blaming on me to book the vaccination in the last minute. She told me it would take 60 or 80 dollars just for getting the injection and I have to buy the vaccination dose from clinic and bring it here. Refused to use my preferred name which filled in patient form before. She was so inpatient and rarely listened what I was asking.

Phones answered promptly, reception staff very welcoming, rooms were clean. My daughter saw Dr Cathy Tang who was extremely calm, caring and thorough, excellent with children or people who might be nervous at the doctor. Showed my daughter the tools she used before she used them. Will definitely continue to see her in the future.

Not sure why I got charged with having a phone consult, while in insolation. Was not told about this beforehand

Dr requested us to go to a Covid Respiratory Clinic on a Sunday. Perhaps the Dr should know that Covid Respiratory Clinics are not open on a Sunday

If want you medications easy go here my friend takes several medication they hand out like candy

I have been a regular patient here for the last 5 years. All the doctors are pleasant and helpful could not be more satisfied. One care really cares about their patents.

Absolutely Disgusted In the level of disrespect with the way my mother was treated the other day by your so called professional team. My mother has been a patient in your medical centre since before your new clinic and never in her right mind did she think she would have be treated the way she was on a hot stinky 34 degree humid day and left sitting in her car with no air con for 1hour and 45 minutes tried to come inside the first door to get a bit of cool air and was told to leave the clinic, after explaining she had no air con and can’t sit in the car any longer was told to bad she needed to exit and wait in her car all because she has chosen to exercise her rights and not be vaxed.
62 years of age and you had no compassion not only for my mother but another elderly women in her 80’s plus a mother with her children.where is your morals as a human being how about actually having a heart.could you imagine how you would feal if that was your family member.
If it was my choice she would no longer be going to your clinic but as she states she has been there for to long and doesn’t know anything else.

Always look after me very courteous, and professional. I first went to One Care Medical over 3 years ago on a recommendation. It took the doctor only 10 minutes to diagnose that I had heart failure where the public hospital that I was admitted to didn't know what was wrong and sent me home after a few days. I have nothing but praise for One Care.keep up the good work.
