Excellent service. To be honest I could not fully understand or hear what the technician was saying. But that is why I went there and by the time I left, I could.
So yes, excellent and thoroughly recommended.
Great staff, very caring during my testing & helpful. Wasn't for hearing aids - was balance testing due to inner ear issues. No need to be nervous with Jacqui & Lauren.

I have taken both my elderly mother and father for hearing assessments with ONDC and they have then gone on to purchase hearing aids. ONDC Hearing Aids have always provided terrific service and the small issue that we did have they resolved quickly and with little fuss. Very easy company to deal with!
Don't bother, no parking, unhelpful staff, give you cheapest hearing aids possible, won't take them back if they're not suitable, and they don't understand which hearing aids you are entitled to from health providers, screwed me over big time
