On The Run / OTR Dernancourt

I visit Dernancourt OTR regularly and find the team who work their are always polite and efficient.

It’s second time when I come over to OTR at midnight and no one open the door and I wait for 20mins in outside and finally get my coffee order… After10 mins waiting, I tried to keep press the bell for 5mins.

Was told to wait while attendant was trying to put his badge back on and also These guys can't process the sentence " can I please have a lced latte and a hotfog with bacon, cheese sauce and tomato sauce and mustard. They also just try to charge me extra. While also being rude to me. Ill just dodge otr all together now and i encourage everyone to do the same.

I was so disappointed about the bad service I experienced in this OTR station. That is an absolute disgrace and I will never come back again. After I filled my car up with fuel. I just realize I did not take my wallet with me. And I went into the shop and told the staff I do apologize I accidently did not take my wallet with me, so I could not pay the bill on card or cash. But I can transfer money to them by using my phone. My phone recently could not use tap and pay. I try to talked with the staff and found out the way to pay the money. Then the staff was unpolite at all. He told me I should not put so much fuel into my car if I Have no money. Then he told me he will call the police if I could not pay. I do not want to put any more comment. That is very bad and unprofessional customer service.

Manual car wash is useless, must be 1/4 the pressure of any other operators, low time allowance and just doesn't clean.

By far the worst coffee i have ever bought.the girl who made it this morning should not be making coffee at all.that bad i threw it out just don't bother if you are after a coffee just go somewhere else

Standing here trying to pay for fuel but the one staff member they have on is making coffees so I guess all the people that have stopped to buy petrol.at a petrol station just get to wait because the disgrace that is the peregrine corporation can't adequately staff their stores.

My partner came in to buy some drinks with exemption from wearing a mask in hand. The worker told him he wasn’t going to serve him without a mask and ran out the back. My partner told him that he has an exemption and took it out to show him but he refused. At this point a few customers has come in which he refuses to serve whilst my partner was in the store. He remained hiding in the back room saying no one is getting served until he leaves. Meanwhile on the way in to the servo before this whole mask shamble began two young girls who had just been served I noticed weren’t wearing masks and he had served them. This is an absolute disgrace and we will never shop at on the run again. If someone carry’s an exemption it’s for a reason and should not be discriminated against.

I attend QTR as a regular customer but this is the first time ever I have been discriminated because I have an exemption for a mask, yes mask. Night shift guy refused to let me in shop and serve me.absolutely disgusting.

This place is really good! The donuts and slushies are amazing, but the slushie machines aren't always working well. Amazing though!

My grandma tripped over the bollards in ths car park and has fractured her wrist and ribs. Staff on didnt take her name or contact details NOT HAPPY!

The staff with bold hair was rude. I know it is a lockdown, but doesn't mean you forget to do customer service, greeting customer with friendly manner.

I go there with my friends sometimes and the servers are always kind and polite and talk to you in a big smile, the slushies are to die for?

Avoid OTR. They are always trying to increase petrol prices way above world fuel prices. Why is it we constantly see petrol price increases of 30-50 cents per litre overnight when oil prices are dropping to record lows. Go elsewhere and stop supporting these crooks.

Went in about 2 weeks ago on a Sunday, a guy from Happywash called Josiah was very helpful and professional.

Literally just came out of this place and got served by a man named Sam and he gave me the worst customer service. He lacked customer service to the point where through out the whole interaction with me, he literally didn't say a word. No hello, how can I help you or even direct eye contact. I can't believe someone like that is employed in "customer service". Feedback is important and this is needed to be put up as he was not nice at all.
