Came to the showroom to look at the products and talk about replacing my existing garage. The manager spent a few minutes explaining the products and then began lecturing me that I was wasting his time if I didn't have the money. At no point did I mention anything about being unable to afford it. The conversation went for less than 10 minutes and there were no other customers there. Hardly a big investment of sales time for a $20K+ project. He also refused to look at the photos on my phone of my existing shed, saying "I don't need to see them". One of my clarifying questions was met with "you're not listening to me". Not at all the kind of relationship I would be keen to move forward with.

Worst sales experience iv ever had 15/10/22.13.00 Walked around over half an hour, the sales person looked at us through the window multiple times and did not approach. I eventually went inside and tried to ask a couple of simple questions about their products he just gave me attitude said he didn't know and wouldn't find out. I left due to the service, I was a serious buyer going elsewhere now.

I found my experience at Olympic Industries Clarence Park to be nothing short of amazing. Having been a long standing customer of Alpha Industries the staff at Olympic are extremely knowledgeable and technically brilliant. The comparison in product engineering superior. Michael was incredible with great design skills and customer service.
The savings were huge too. Thank you.

Walked around for a while. Nobody around. Car parked but no-one home. Anyway the sheds look great. Good display to see the quality. Probably best to go online as the yard in South Rd seems deserted.

Have been very disappointed with their service - happy to take our money - but to get the shed put up is another thing.the customer service is terrible and very unreliable.
Well 5 days now and no contact from any customer service Manager.say no more

Great service - Michael at Edwardstown did a great job matching up the type of shed we wanted with the correct colour pattern. The price was also very competitive. The shed is now up and it has more than met our expectations.

Not the first time I've spent good money with them. Service is friendly and professional. Didn't just take my money, they gave me good advice and saved me at least a $1000 each build. Now my back yard looks a million dollars. Huge shed and matching outdoor living area. Would not waste my time with Stratco or Victory Home improvements as I found them less than helpful.

Michael at Edwardstown has been awesome and made everything easy. Also a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Chris the Shed Installer who I cannot praise enough. He seriously went out of his way even installing the shed on a rainy day in between showers. Nothing is too much trouble for him. SERIOUSLY CANT THANK HIM ENOUGH. Absolutely ecstatic with the service. Please pass on our regards.

Useless. Ordered in August. It’s mid January and I still don’t know when the shed is getting g delivered let alone installed.

Olympic Industries at Edwardstown, namely Nick is the top of the top when it comes to home improvement. His product knowledge is outstanding and helped my wife and I immensely. Nick came out to our house to perform a free measure and quote. We were so impressed and we purchased a garage, carport and verandah from him. You pay for what you get. Many people overlook the quality.
