O.K Korean BBQ

I had a very disappointing experience at this Korean restaurant. As soon as we walked in, the owner, a Korean woman, greeted us with a sour face and didn't even bother to say hello before asking if we had a reservation. After we were seated, we waited for fifteen minutes before she came to take our order, as she was the only staff member working. When we asked her for recommendations as first-time customers, she rudely replied that there were none. This is definitely not the kind of service attitude one would expect from a restaurant owner. We ended up leaving without having eaten anything. Overall, the poor service ruined our dining experience and we won't be returning.

Well that's a 0 for customer friendliness and -1 for value for money. The store owner lady was very rude and impolite. After all we pay for the food we have.

We ordered buffet, they give more of a meet which doesn't taste good, difficult to chew and thick. Other one was okay but hardly we got a few pieces. Overpriced too!

The lady with short hair (dont know whether she is the owner) was very rude and zero customer friendly place.
Not suggesting this place at all!

I wouldn't call OK BBQ haute cuisine, but bloody good tasty nosh at a good price - yes!

I had the beef bulgogi, with its delicious flavours and exquisite finely sliced wagyu beef. This was washed down with Korean beer (not overly impressive) and big bottle of soju (lovely)!

I will say that my partner and I did not exercise the "BBQ at the table" option on account of it being an extremely hot day, and the AC creaking under the strain. That is a pleasure that awaits us.

A very small restaurant. Seating of max 20 people at front and offers a private dining room at the back.
Staff/owner are lovely, wonderful prompt service.
The menu offers a few set meats for all you can eat which come with sauce, salad and Kim chi. Or order meats separately if it’s a small party. The meat cuts are good quality, fresh.

The price is not $49pp for all you can eat, but $59 now ‍ personally think not really worth.sorry.

Found my new fave kbbq restaurant! This restaurant has the best set of meat. Been to different korean kbbq house & the best by far is here. The place is quite compact but it isn't too bad. Waiting period is not too long. Hands down to the service bec.they were only two but they can surely manage the customers. Definitely coming back.

We ordered $89 buffets but I feel sick after eating too many fat from meat. If there were any red meat options, it would be good but beef was all marbled meat. Price included meat, marinated greens and Kimchi only. Rice and extra side dishes are excluded. It is better if there are some grilled vegetables options.
Also they use the cooking paper on the BBQ plate so excess fat from meat doesn’t drain. That’s why meat feels so oily… and couldn’t order other meat after because of not being full, because of feeling heavy in the stomach. My friend was same.
I know they don’t want to mess up the plate and easy to clean but this is just for owners not for customers. I won’t go again.

This is a small and cozy Korean BBQ restaurant in Unley. Seating is limited (less than 10 tables) so during popular times (e.g. Holidays and weekends) you'd better book in advance rather than walk in. We could hear busy booking calls while we were eating, this is definitely a busy restaurant.

They offers traditional Korean BBQ and main dishes like rice and soup. BBQ You can choose buffet or order meats at different prices. The quality of the meat is good, and it is very delicious with the Korean BBQ onion sauce. The price per plate of BBQ varies according to the meat you ordered, and the weight is about 600g. If you just want to eat BBQ and are hungry, BBQ buffet is definitely a better option.

I went for $49 all you can eat and we got high quality meat that we rarely find in Korean BBQ in Adelaide, the marbling on the Wagyu beef is very good, tender and melt in the mouth, the portion is satisfying, and we got thick slices of meat. It was not marinated and absolutely not necessary as with high quality meat like this, marinade will only cover the natural flavour. They are friendly owner, the environment is also cozy. Highly recommended for beef lover. Totally worth it.

First time there, very poor and old surrounding, all meat was so fatty not going back, had a bad taste in my mouth all night, very expensive for the quality of food not good

Average food with fine dining price point, long wait time, I’ve finished my meal but my friend still didn’t get served.

Very cosy and welcoming little restaurant. Was greeted and acknowledged as soon as we walked in. Owners are very friendly and always smiling. Ordered the buffet set A and was very satisfied with the quality of the bbq meats and speed of service. Owner always checked up on our table to see if we wanted to have more even though we were still grilling the previous set of meats that was given. Love this place lovely experience definitely would recommend and will be coming back to try the other menu sets.

Great servings and you get your money’s worth. We had the $76 unlimited wagyu and it did not disappoint. No exhausts but it wasn’t full of smoke because they put what I think is baking paper on top of the grill.

The meat quantity and quality was top notch. The service was fast and efficient. Definitely be back.

I went out to dinner with a couple of friends here. I really enjoyed coming here, it was our first experience in Korean bbq and the lady who served us was really helpful & kind, I was going to order extra meat on top but the lady suggested that we see how we go and then order if we want extra.
I really appreciated the honesty because it turned out it was plenty of food!
Not only service was great, the cuts of meat were really good too.
I recommend this place, especially for people new to this.

The meats they gave you - were the actual BIG MEAT (not like other places which only give you slides). Unlimited order and the Korean lady who works there is like a Korean Mother - very kind very nice, friendly, polite, and pay all attentions to us, treat us like a home. Really appreciate their services.
