Relaxing, Good Customer service. Easy location to get to and plenty of parking space. Had a good time. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Staff are friendly and helpful, Thursday nights can be busy. But generally quick service. Good location, parking is usually pretty good too surprisingly

I needed assistance with the memory card for an old camera. Amelia (I hope I have spelled her name correctly) was on the checkout and was a marvellous help. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable.

Was left waiting for ages because I wanted to pay cash for a small item less than $4. They only wanted to process card transactions. I don't like being kept waiting for a long time over a small item.

Service was exceptionally slow. Getting help was difficult and security device took ages to be removed.

Fortunately, I has found a cheaper price online, which they honoured again after a significant delay.

I’m disgusted by this companies customer services.

Been waiting to talk to someone for 7 minutes and counting.

I tried to make a call to ask if they have any iPad 10.9 gen10 but they rudely hanged up on

Called the store and someone picked my call and put it on hold. I wait for 30min and the person not responded mycall just putting my call on hold. And then visited immidiately to store showing them mycall on hold.

Awful and extremely poor customer service especially in the printing section! I stood in a queue for 20 minutes to be served. My prints came out so bad, and no folding. The boy who served me couldn’t even bother to put my prints in an envelope. Will never go there for anything.

Wow. Today I observed multiple staff demonstrate great lack of competency and decency for another person. A woman and her child in arm asked to receive assistance in getting a chair down, only for the woman to then have to push a great big trolley down to where the chairs are, back again and then to the front, red faced, with zero staff support. All the while, someone was waiting at the other end to take the trolley off of her. As I stood a few people behind her at the checkout, I overheard staff retorting back to her in saying 'oh, did you want ME to help you take it to your car? '. I won't be coming back. Do better.

Always great service and a great range to choose from. Don’t understand the bad reviews here - staff are always friendly and willing to help, it’s not their fault if there is a line of people to get to first!

Extremely rude staff. Prospect Officeworks has the worst customer service I've come across.

I have a friend who is currently attempting to purchase a ~$5k laptop from Officeworks.

They have so far taken $15,000+ from their bank account and NOT delivered the laptop. They have incorrectly input the transaction twice, and still not refunded those transactions.

This is outrageous and I will never, ever purchase anything above $200 from Officeworks because of this.

Staff are helpful and know the products. Stock and variety is good in this store. The printing services and the photos are good quality for a fair price.
Returns are done with ease, had to return a table because of some issues with manufacturers packaging. The staff made the transaction so easy and stress free.

Today, I met a customer's service champion (Lario) at Office Works. The knowledge, active listening and patience was phenomenal! Office Works is lucky to have an employee like him.

They had a really wide range of what I was after. The staff member that helped me was so accomodating and personable. I got what I was after and am super happy with the service! Thank you sir with nice eyelashes:)

Also, they stock products made from ocean plastics which helps promote eco sustainability a win for the turtles: ’)

No proper service, not enough staff and took ages to get printing papers and I had a very bad experience with this store.never find what I want in this store.

Grabbed a few items on sale. Good coffee / office supplies to buy in bulk.
Reasonable range of printers and desks etc.

Huge thanks to Phil from Officeworks Prospect for helping me find a bluetooth keyboard that suited my needs and also his recommendations for a tablet that i can use for work/study/home. His knowledge of tech was a huge advantage when making my decision, also he was a genuinely good fella that didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary rubbish. Great work Phil, you're a proper legend!
