Oaks Embassy

Great for one night stay. Clean but no coziness in open plan room. Tv too small for room and distance from couch.

The customer service at reception was absolutely amazing. With any request or any change/issue that occurred they have gone above and beyond to help. I want to give a special mention to Lilly at reception she has been absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back and recommend oaks embassy to my friends and family to stay here in future.

Eh it's alright not too bad couldn't better though with the services. Space and price is actually great but the quality maybe almost there kinda.

I very happy with the facilities and apartment for a recent business trip. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Has a great location and outlook too

Room was dingy. Not cleaned well. Food on freezer racks. Hair on lounge. Marks on walls. Light not working g. But location location was excellent. Room was expensive. No food could be ordered for night time.

Awesome rooms and hotel infrastructure; however spa was not working when we were there and limited gym space, and car parking charge was not fully refunded

Minimal service here, and have been trying to get a tax invoice mailed to me (3 attempts) still not sent.location good for exhibition centre, otherwise, the walk to food, drinks is approx 600m up the road.did not feel not a real safe area at night

I was a little skeptical to stay here initially due to reading some reviews but after my recent stay I was glad I did. I was visiting my son for his birthday and had called a lovely gentleman at reception a few days before to add a request for a 2 bedroom apartment on a higher level facing North Terrace so we had something nice to hang out in with my son rather then a small hotel room.
We arrived around 6pm and the 2 gentleman at reception were lovely and friendly. I was given the room I had requested which was nice and spacey with a nice view. The bedding was clean and fresh. If I had to pick a slight negative it would be that the apartment did feel like it could do with a deep clean on upholstery etc but I put that down to being a little older so not going to mark down my 5 stars because was a minor thing and the apartments are good value for money. They are close to everything and tram is just there which is handy to go straight to Rundle mall etc.
So if you are after something conveniently located with some room, kitchen, balcony and washing machine and are not expecting the Ritz Carlton, then I recommend the Oaks Embassy.

Really nice apartment hotel in a great location and good parking. We'll fitted out including a spa tub, but didn't like the glass walls which means disturbed sleep if one person needs to get up.

Pretty average hotel. My room was not cleaned properly specially the bathroom. I didnt use the kitchen as i felt its not clean. Maintanance was not good enough. Spa didnt work. Bathroom fans makes a strange sound. I dont think these rooms are sound proof as usual hotel rooms. I was able to hear prople talking in the hallway very clearly. No hotel parking or a drop off point for the hotel. Breakfast from coffee club is not value for money. However, breakfast quality is good. Really small tv to the size of the room. Elevator sounds scary and it runs slow.

Alway happy to stay at the Oaks Adelaide Embassy. Has all the amenities required your a comfortable stay. We enjoyed a great view looking west.

Currently staying there now. We were meant to stay at the oaks horizon hotel but our room supposedly was flooded so they moved us to this hotel. The customer service is okay but very poor rooms. We paid for a king and queen bedroom suites. We received a double and two king single beds which we complained about but all they did was push the king single beds together. The entire hotel room smelt rotten and feral. The tap is falling out of the sink and there is a hole in shower. There was food left on cutlery therefore not cleaned properly. We complained twice that we didn’t get the room we paid for and they did not offer to move us, didn’t really do anything about it which was super disappointing considering we paid just under $1000 to stay at a nice hotel that we couldn’t even stay at. Elevators take extremely long, one elevator being broken. Really annoyed and will not be coming back.

We stayed in a comfortable spacious one bedroom suite. Great location on North Terrace opposite the convention centre. The Coffee Club is on the ground floor. Walking distance to Rundle Street Wall, Casino just 50 metres down the road.

Room was clean beds made tidy when we got there love the location staff were nice and accommodating especially when we were asked if there was anything we needed it took me a couple of days to get the wifi but apart from that I definitely recommend staying here if your in Adelaide on a holiday

Really fantastic hotel. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom serviced apartment. The view was just so nice from the apartment. The room has low ceilings and was a bit dusty but it was still nice and mostly clean. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. We also used the sauna which was great. There’s a beautiful little gym there and indoor pool. The pool is not heated and there is a spa but it was broken when we were there. We absolutely loved staying here.

We got a bargain deal at $148 for one bedroom apartment and seriously more than happy with facilities, cleanliness and the desk service was fantastic. It could be hit or miss with this place as you need to understand the type of place your booking into. We have always been more then happy here.maybe lucky? !? But certainly be back.

Huge rooms, very clean. Complete with laundry facilities in each suite plus a full kitchen makes this an ideal choice. Only downside was the shower water was luke warm - might be EVERYONE was using hot water atcthe same time.

Stayed for two nights for good location, staff service was good but the room was a real let down. Stayed in a two bedroom suite for $400 a night, rip off! The place was dirty, marks all over the walls, hairs from the previous stay in the lousy bathroom. Bits of lint ect on the carpet, scratches on the flat screen tv and cracks in the glass on one of the rooms. It just really lowered the feeling of safety and hygiene in the space. Surfaces didn’t look like they’d been wiped down and there was marks on the mirrors. This place needs more upkeep and maintenance, it’s not hard to clean walls. Other than that a comfortable enough stay but there’s better options around. I won’t be coming back.
