The care given to my Mum at The Pines Lodge Southern Cross is outstanding.
The staff are caring, compassionate, warm and gentle.

Cannot RECOMMEND HIGHLY enough. Management & staff are EXCEPTIONAL. The STAFF ARE always FRIENDLY to us & are GENUINELY CARING & COMPASSIONATE towards my Mother. As a family, we could not have wished for better 24/7 care.
