Recommended thru tigerair mag.food veggie fritata was bland and dry. Coffees great.will not be back despite ease of parking.

The smoothie was delicious. It's a nice place. The menu is definitely aimed at the health consciou so if you're after a classic Eggs Benny or the like, I'd look somewhere else. Super friendly staff too. And prices? It's expensive.

Nice fare, but they add maple syrup, brown rice syrup and other sugary things regularly, but other than that, good selection.

Really like the toast bar menu and other a sweet menu items. Lots of high quality ingredients used. If your in the area and looking for something healthy this is a great choice.

Strongly suggest calling to see if there open if your going at 230pm. They have a strong habit of closing early leaving customers disappointed upon arrival.

Great place set in a vibrant atmosphere. Food is simply delicious and leaves you full of energy!

First time to this place to look around so got iced chocolate and iced coffee only to be sadly disappointed, watery and bland. Would it hurt to put in a dollop of ice cream instead of more ice than I have in my freezer at home.
And at $5.50 a drink your profit margin should be through the roof, but I bet you don’t get return customers wanting more of these.

Love this spot. Great coffee. Staff seem happy. They remember you and interact with you. Food looks amazing with a very healthy spin. Would attract a lot of vegans and lactose intolerant eaters. Groovy funky environment. 4 locations this young couple own and both of them are awesome. Visit Ila, Nicole and the crew for an amazing brew.

Very friendly and helpful staff and their vegetarian salads were excellent. The quinoa slice was slightly too dry but not inedible, and still tasty. One of the better vegetarian experiences I've had to date.

Great breakfast location for a Sunday morning. Different and good vego menu choices. Really good atmosphere and links directly to the park area. We will be back.

I must be getting old but what happen to service in this day and age? Just coffees and treats with the kids but felt like I was imposing when asking for sugar and a couple extra serviettes. Asked twice and ending up being told to find some on one of the tables. Yeah, won’t be back.

Toast with No-Tella, Bircher muesli and a rice milk cap, at Nutrition Regards, Plant 4, Bowden. And a smoothie. Then, later, there was Seasonal Vegetable Loaf, pumpkin salad and cappuccino number two.

Food wasn't great - too salty. Coffee with almond milk tasted very strange. Disappointed as we used to enjoy going here.

Went during a function. Busy, but quick attentive service. Nice food. Definitely worth a return visit.

Really friendly staff in an awesome hire open space. Seats are really comfortable with nice cushions and the place is well ventilated with plenty of light. There’s free WiFi available courtesy of the Plant 4 complex but there’s no power points available to charge. Plenty of seating types available and outdoor seating in front of a grassed area. Great coffee and snacks! #BeatTheGrind

Best coffee in Adelaide! Food selection is plentiful and delicious. Service is A class and decor is welcoming. Favorite cafe!
