3 I felt like they milked the sessions with my son for as much as they could from his NDIS plan. Several invoices with hundreds of dollars each just for emailing and calling his existing therapists regarding his new equipment, when all and sundry were already au fait with the device.
Device and software rrp is about $1k. Then another $2-3K of training, which really only consisted of about 3 hours with myself and his mother.
We have been with novita services for a long time now the staff are all amazing, helpful and so down to earth our daughter loves it and so do we jo at the front desk is just the loveliest lady and makes the place even more great could ask for a better team of people highly recommended to all thank you to everyone at novita keep up the great work
Very friendly and helpful staff, clean facility's, wheelchair accessible and a great toy room in the waiting room for the kids.
