UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT: the manager named Victoria is a cruel, racist, and petty woman; she should be removed from her position. She was very rude and insensitive. Abusive of her position and unkind to her workers. She is a liar and cannot be trusted with the beautiful clients and staff of Novita (Modbury hub).
