Always tip your xx / xxx waxer in my opinion. They do a fantastic job and there arnt a lot of women that can do it anymore! Make it worth their while.

Absolutely recommend this salon! I always have Maddy as my hairdresser & stylist.
She takes extremely good care of me and my hair - her customer service is exceptional. If you need a very talented and professional hairdresser go to Nova Hair and Body and ask for Maddy!

Mmmm! Not super impressed. First warning sign should have been that they were the only salon with appointment availability in several regions the day I needed to make a booking!

I see Jody for my hair and Mandy for waxing and I couldn’t rave about either of them more if I tried. I love the way Jody listens and talks me through what she is going to do and the care she takes is out of this world. I’ve noticed she is incredibly intuitive with her approach. Mandy is next level meticulous with the care she takes with brow and lip waxing. Perfection. So grateful.

This is one of the most impressive salons I have used. They have outstanding and extensive hair and beauty services in the one very convenient location. I was thoroughly pampered with a deluxe mani/pedi and also had my hair done when I visited from out of town before a local wedding. Both were divine experiences, and my hair and nails looked fab!
If I lived within driving distance, I would be there regularly for so many of their services!
The staff are lovely and highly skilled, and it is a really personalised experience.
I was also super impressed that they participate in a green scheme to reduce the amount of landfill waste the salon produces.

Sadee is wonderful. She coloured, cut and styled my hair for my son's recent wedding. Gave me exactly what I asked for

I got eyelash extensions from here and it fell out pretty quickly within a week. To make it worse my eyes were stinging and would go red and I would cry from the irritation 2-3 times a day. I go back a week later for them to fix it and they start taking them out and put solution in my eyes that makes me scream from excruciating pain as it falls in my eyes and she starts wiping the solution away with tissue that crumbles in my eyes and eyelashes that I then have to dig out of my eyes. It takes me a while to do this as the pain in my eyes now is unbearable. They gave me my money back but the technician did not take any credit for her wrongdoing. I would not recommend anyone to get their eyelash extensions from here.

Mum and I both had our hair styled for an important event. The girls were so caring and made us feel very comfortable every step of the way. We loved how they styled our hair, and they made us feel spoiled. Thank you x

I came here for a new hair do by the absolutely amazing Hannah! She’s so caring in the way she does your hair and she offered to do a metal detox treatment on my hair.i found the treatment to be so beneficial and it made my hair so shiny and bright.so worth it.thanks Hannah! @hannah_novahairandbody

After two years of no hair cuts, I had no idea what I wanted to do. These experts made it easy, relaxing, and also did a great job on my son. Well worth the wait, I won't leave it so long next time! Great coffee too. Thanks folks

I booked online for a 3/4 head foils for $180. The hairdresser sat with me and asked me what I wanted, then proceeded. Talking to other staff, but not me. In the end she admitted that she had over processed my colour, and its definitely not the colour I wanted. She cut my fringe way to short so I look f'd. And then charged me heaps for it. I walked out saying no no, it's ok so they didn't feel bad but now I look ridiculous and am out of pocket nearly $300. I am actually really unhappy.
JUST HAD A CALL FROM THE OWNER AND SHE IS GOING TO FIX IT AND GIVE ME A CREDIT FOR A so appreciated COLOUR. THANK YOU NOVA!

I Went back for my FIX up. The service was awesome and my hair looks amazing. Thank you jodie! I am so happy. My cut looks fantastic, my head isn't itchy, so it's not burnt and I left with some products that I am Keen to use.

For the last few years the lovely ladies at Nova have waxed my brows. And now wax and tint my brows (a bit of the old salt n pepper creeping into my brows).
They've always done a fantastic job and I genuinely enjoy our chats:)

Lovely ladies, great services. You get what you pay for and with very curly hair I was happy to pay to get my hair looked after professionally.

Brilliant service and the haircuts are top quality - seriously, I've had two different hairdressers from here now, and both cut my short hair incredibly well.
Only downside is the price - if you want a cheap cut, do not come here - over $70 for a cut.
If you're willing/able to pay more though, and you want a quality cut, these girls are fantastic.

Defiantly come here if you want to hear the staff insult you behind your back. My wife just had a horrible experience and overheard the staff discriminating her when they thought she was out of earshot! HORRIBLE
