Northern Specialist Suites

An exceptional experience! Staff are caring, knowledgeable and take the time to really listen. A warm and friendly environment and I highly recommend the Northern Specialist Suites without any reservations.

As a recent visitor to Northern Specialist Suites I found the reception and clinical staff extremely helpful.   I couldn’t find the rooms so the lovely receptionist went out of her way to firstly talk me through the location then meet me out in the street to accompany me to the practice.   Silas – the lung function technician was very thorough and explained the procedure.   All in all a positive experience.

Dr Usmani is a very caring and considerate specialist Doctor and has monitored and treated my husband with excellence for several years. Also he is always treated with respect and courtesy at the front office.

This place is good at taking your money but not providing a professional service or care.
Went to see Dr K about my problems.
Couldn't take my blood pressure because it wasn't working.
Didn't discuss issues which was stated on my referral.
Consultation took no longer than 4min and ask for $186 fee
Advised to get a blood test and come back in 2 weeks for another $186 fee No thanks

Staff in office not attentive at all, except of course running through the payments, nurses for the most part are lovely but again hampered by a huge office staff who still can't tell them when a patient as arrived or has been left, can't even remember your name after they just took your money. There are better surgeries to go to where you are a person not a credit card

I have been seeing Dr. Zafar Uzmanı for the last couple of years and I can honestly say he is not only knowledgeable in his domain but he is also very kind and understanding. All staff there are friendly and I'm glad I chose this practice, which was also based on a recommendation. Keep up the great work and thank you!

Dr Varghese and Dr Shah are the best cardiologists. Had my echo done in the rooms and it was free! Lauren was friendly and talked me through the echo. Reception staff happy and bubbly.

Professional and helpful staff. Dr Birader explained all to me. Very happy. Lung function on site and bulk billed was a bonus. Highly recommend.

1 very unreliable Receptionist works here. We find out a week later that a Receptionist at this place, failed to send urgent fax, for a urgent biopsy. In fact, she didn't even send it.

Both Dr Mustaq and Dr Usmani are excellent Specialists who have very positive, very professional and friendly approaches. I have been a patient of theirs since 2016, when I was hospitalised with a serious condition. Under their supportive care, I have made a full recovery, and am much healthier than ever before. They are easy to talk to, and really listen to your concerns, before deciding on the best treatment needed.

Edit: Appears we were lied to or just paid lip service. New appointment was set up for my husband when I thought this mess was all sorted. He was set up to go in on the 9th. They cancelled his first appointment in November because he wasn't vaccinated. I was assured the directors of the specialist centre did not discriminate and the appointment was rescheduled for the 9th. He gets a phone call today to say they can't see him on the 9th because he's NOT DOUBLE VACCINATED. So, my current review of one star applies.

This was my first amended review after leaving a negative for them previously. The above is the latest saga: I have retracted my previous review as the issue was not actually with the specialists at the clinic, but rather a tenant of the building. I have been assured the specialists in this clinic are attending to vaccinated and unvaccinated patients and they are investigating the matter with the tenant.
