5Ongoing patient for many years and recently told bulk billing no longer available at this practice. I had to cancel my appointment as I personally am not in a financial position, only to have a receptionist laugh at me and say "good luck finding someone who will bulk bill". Plain rude behaviour.
Very business-like, no real friendliness.
The doctor was running nearly an hour late.
When you contact Northern Respiratory clinic, you get voice mail, no one answers and the message left by them sounds like they get abused alot.wonder why that is

Where do I Start.
Missed diagnosis, to start with told my father he was going to bed dead in A year.
He should of been on oxygen from point one.
For missed diagnosis of Acute Asthma.
Then steroids was covering us up a Band-Aid effect on the real diagnosis.
Now it’s done more scare tissues on lungs and heart.
They are rude. STAFF AND DOCTORS.
Try find another doctor to put in a complaint about this doctor.they won’t do it.
Not happy.girl took my pulse blood pressure, I walked
the hall for 5 mins, took my pulse, blood pressure, barely ten mins, $180 dollars, ripoff,!
