Northcare Physio

My experience was great. I had a kind, understanding, patient and thorough practitioner who helped me.
I walked out relieve each time. I have not needed to come back since and with all the advice and help I received it definitely worked and is worth it.
A good local physio you can trust.

Receptionist are quite friendly too. The place is easy to locate with plenty of parking space. The inside are is neat and spacious. The hours are reasonable. Booking system online is great, definitely check it out. Make it that much easier.

My 1st visit, I can't judge completely on this visit, but I can say, I saw the physio almost on my appointment time (within minutes) so I was impressed with that, and he was friendly and helpful.

Great service from physio Kevin. Unfortunately I can't say the same for receptionist area, poor judgemental narrow minded boarding on the line of being racist.

I nearly walked out. The reception staff are so rude, I was in complete shock how rude they are right from the moment I lined up at the counter. Very unprofessional, they also tried to over charge me. Is it really that necessary to be so rude? What a toxic environment

Emma, Blake and Khoi are incredible physios. The reception staff could be friendlier at times and make it easier to book in but the physios make up for that. Overall a great place for physio and hydro therapy.

All staff are fantastic. Physiotherapists are well experienced. Waiting times are short. Reception is quick. Right place to visit.

Physio therapy is pricey. Massage fees however are reasonable. Kylie and Tanya are great masseurs.

They helped me fix my back. Its a 100% better now. Well done to the two Andrews that worked on me. Tks

Physios are good but the toilets were so dirty. The mens urinal was blocked and womens toilets were very dirty. Pool did not look clean. Not good enough!

Great service and ample parking. Open at 8am which meant I was able to make an appointment before work.

The staff and physios are amazing and they have a pool and gym so my whole family get treated here

Staff are friendly and well trained, pool is good, only let down for me is the massage beds look and feel like hard old hospital beds that look dirty and brown with white covers over them.

Northcare take really good care of you and I always very professional their facilities are always neat and clean

Absolutely disgusting how they treat there clients and the aqua therapy what a joke 10 people in a pool at once with no guidance so they get hurt more because of their negligence

I have been seeing Tania for a regular massage after my Flinders infusion
for about a year and no complaints. I have decided to take my business elsewhere because twice I have been charged incorrectly.
I get a BUPA co pay and the additional charge should reflect a concession card holder discount.
When a provider increases their charges they should present their customer with a written rate charge increase and show the concession rate so we are able to clearly understand the extra cost and that we are being charged the correct new additional fee.
This was not done nor did I find out that my concession discount was not applied until I called BUPA for help.
Sorry but to me that indicates poor customer service and reflects poorly on Northcare Physio.
