We took my son in who had a cut to his head and was bleeding. The staff were extremely comforting, kind and caring.

My wife and I were so great full for the care our son received.

Treatment Room Nurse Tung provided an excellent job in dealing with my care plan. He even gave me some health care options which I am not aware of.
Dr Michael Papps, explained to me in details the result of my blood works. A real family doctor. Great job.

My 82 year husband and I were driving when my husband suffered a medical episode. Worried that he might be suffering a stroke, and as we were close to his clinic, we drove in.
Entering the clinic we were met with a woman saying, "Read the sign. Go outside and read the sign. "My husband tried to explain his problem at the desk, when the woman leaned round him and said, "Get them out of here. " He was offered a doctor's phone call the next day.
We went outside and sat down for ten minutes. Nobody came to see us and after a while, my husband felt better and we left.
The lack of care and compassion was breath taking.
Next day on the phone, the doctor said that the girls were under stress because they were experiencing abuse. We suggest that changing their aggressive attitude might go some way to fixing that. He told the doctor and the clinic manager that he would not be returning. Both said in a breezy manner, " that's okay. That's fine. "
And there lies the problem. Nobody there cares.

My mother attended your clinic to see one of the doctors on Wed 16th June. No problem with the doctor but one of their receptionists treated her rudely and humiliated her in front of all the patients and staff. She has since heard from others that they have been treated in a similar manner and have subsequently transferred to another clinic.

Rude receptionists that are clearly over worked
Doctors that are regularly late rude and unhelpful
Donot recomend this surgery never been treated so poorly in my life, had to continue to return with servre ear infections because the doctors didn't listen to me and what medications I have already been prescribed.
Will not be returning

North Eastern Health Centre are much more professional kind helpful and generally care for patients

I have the best GP, Dr Hobson, - he's kind, considerate, patient and never disregards my concerns.

Love my Doctor at this clinic. (DR Wylie) in my opinion the best doctor l have ever had. However after ringing for an appointment yesterday l was more than dismayed that l have to wait until 6th November to see her with regard to very chronic condition. What's going on (Not Enough Staff.) ?

I’ve been well cared for by this clinic. Warm, professional service delivered by administration, nurses and doctors alike.

Whilst it may be hard to get an appointment at times, I can't speak highly enough about the people who work there.

Every doctor is highly skilled and professional as well as having great relationships with their patients at least in my experience.
They are fully equipped to help you feel good about things no matter how much anxiety you feel about your own illness.

The front office staff are awesome and have always gone the extra mile for me over the years.

Just a wonderful place to go when you aren't feeling great.

Now that my wonderful doctor of 30 years has retired, (Dr. Chang) I no longer have respect for some of the GP's left at this practice that seem to think it's okay to bag my doctor just because he retired! Very unprofessional of you Dr. Stockhoff.

More than 4 hours waiting and the Doctor was so rude, dose not listening client’ needs, and blame for not enough time to finish the task which client needed and poor computer skills, it costs for ages too finish him to type 6-7 immunization names. Won’t go this clinic anymore!
