North East Family Practice

I switched to this clinic after a tribble experience with another clinic. Been seeing Dr Saravanan Kanniappan for few years now. He is reliable, understanding, and i trust his judgments. The clinic is easily accessible and have good availability.

Fruendly staff and doctor, did have to wait an hour without being notified of delays. Doctor was apologetic.

I legitimately don't think I've had a doctor as thorough and patient as Dr Bhat before. Had my biopsy done here and skin checks as well for me and family. Would recommend for anyone with skin concerns.

Took my 18 month old there because he was hill. Dr Bath was very friendly, thorough and explained everything very clearly. Will definitely keep using them as my health practitioner.

Mahendra shriv - is the name very happy to feel looked after starting at the reception to the Drs looking after all your concerns- my were mental health due to a few issues - fair Work against Munro Property - sacked for no reason other than on sick leave at the time… Going through family court - including 3 years of criminal court experience - I WAS FOUND INNOCENT BUT FEEL LIKE I AM THE ONE WHO WAS GUILTY - then have not seen my children for over 3 years - I try to be happy I try to be nice I try to be understanding to the people that don’t get or understan Life and I now need help thanks

I went in for a skin check. The Doctor was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.

Got an appointment pretty quickly, and they are open most nights till 8pm. Receptionist’s and medical staff are very friendly and caring.

We had no wait time and were both seen within minutes of our appointment times. Kathy at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. Dr Kalaivani was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She was thorough and informative.

I am a 1st time patient at the practice and found the receptionist very professional, friendly and helpful. The Doctor was efficient, caring and nice. Thank you for making my 1st time visit a good experience.

Dr Vanita Bhat is the rudest and most unscrupulous doctor I have met. I reported her to the medical industry ombudsman for unsolicited charges to Medicare (which she was forced to refund). No wonder she has appointments available for next day! Noticed she has had to move to another Practice too. A one star review is too much credit for her. Beware.

I’ve had my appointments canceled multiple times last minute with no given reason whatsoever. There are much more professional doctors in the area which I would definitely recommend over this one.

All doctors and staff are very professional and friendly and specially any follow-up they called back and discuss about it. We had been to other family practices but among of them this is best one and very close to home as well as.
