The food was delicious and portions were generous. The fried rice was just okay (won't order next time). Overall, I'm satisfied. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice.

Every thing the 4 of us had was very good enjoyed it all. Very friendly staff. We go there often. Never had a problem with the food or service

I've lived in the area for decades and can't believe I've never eaten here before now but I'm glad I finally did.
I had King prawns with veg. Big, fresh, tasty prawns. Just great. My wife had satay chicken. It looked fresh and delicious and she enjoyed. We shared a special fried rice and it was chock full of chunks of pork, chicken and shrimps.
The ladies serving us were very friendly and the food came out in a flash.
The only negative, which can't be changed and was very minor, is the outlook to the shopping centre carpark.

Always nice and consistent flavours. This restaurant is for people who appreciate real Asian flavours.

Chinese food sometimes has a tendency to get categorised into “easy” and “tasting the same”, but this place puts in active effort to set themselves apart. They serve a delicious menu at incredibly reasonable prices and deserve every bit of praise they’ve received

Whether you’re after a quick pickup meal or a great night out with friends/family, this place will provide it and ensure that you leave happy

I cannot recommend this place enough, particularly if you’re in the area - this will forever be a staple for us now

Been going to this Chinese restaurant for probably 12 years. Food is always top-notch, friendly staff and great atmosphere.

Walked in, sat down, looked at the menu and walked out.
My Chinese wife expected someone Chinese front of house but there was only a young English speaking lady busy taking phone orders.

Omg ummm what an amazing taste in my mouth was pure delicious damnn the taste of the rice so fluffy yet so fryed the chicken noodle was just lux and the spring rolls was so thick n filling was perfect meal definitely come again.

Great atmosphere and the food is appetizing price is great for what you get well worth the visit

Literally the best. You really cant go past this gem.not matter what suburb your from, you have to stop here. Take away is the best too. Dim sims are the favourite menu item in our order.

Salt and pepper chicken, satay chicken, veg fried rice and curried veg fried rice. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Been our go to when we have Chinese for decades. Quality never changes here. Top notch food.

Last night, I called up North China restaurant for a King Prawn Chop Suey, a Braised Beef with Cashews and a Deep Fried Boneless Lemon Chicken. The meals were done and ready within 15 minutes and I wasn't waiting around forever like other outlets, just walked straight in to the restaurant and they were bagged up, ready and waiting. The meals themselves were delicious and wholesome, not oily or greasy, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend North China restaurant for their excellent food, prices and service!

Collected take away was fast service and all dishes were a hit with the family visiting from interstate.

Loved the sizzling Mongolian steak, lovely flavour. Food delicious really fresh. Friendly staff.

Another tasty takeaway: love the prawn toast! Today we also had fried rice and beef with Chinese vegetables; also very tasty!

Has all the extra cleaning tools for self-service but the water pressure could be stronger and preferably the tri colour wax be separate over thr foaming brush but still a great place only one in adelaide with separate tyre brush

I have been going here since I was around 2 or 3 (1996) with my family, admittedly I've only been 6 times in the past few years since moving house but everytime we go it is the best Chinese food I have ever tasted so fresh so tasty, it's our family's go 2 place for dinner when we can all get together. And I look forward to dining there this upcoming week.

Have loved the food from this restaurant for years, back when it was like a pokey small restaurant, slightly cramped, to a lovely open and spacious place for dine in, and offering take away.
Their food is always fresh, delicious, and they make the best special fried rice and Canton fried rice

Great tasting food although overpriced. Unfortunately poor and rude customer service. Apparently spending over $40 doesn't get you free prawn crackers, even when they were in the bag ready to be picked up. Yes they were taken back out of the bag upon paying for the order.
