I ordered eggplant but it was dry and pure fat. It was a bad experience for the first time.
Very greasy.

Service was good and the atmosphere was nice. But for a $30 meal It left a lot to he desired, the chicken burger was tiny and not very tasty, onions rings was the stand out but totally overpriced and you only get a small can as a beverage in a expensive meal deal. Could get a counter meal burger and beer for that price or a whole maccas family meal.

One of the best burger joints in town. Always go here to get my grease fix. Burgers are value for money tho the chips can be a bit dry.

Ordered through Uber, didn't supply one of the drinks, chips only were up upended, so wasn't the driver, burger was stodgy, chips cold, no phone number to contact, website states if you've got a complaint "come in to the store"why would I if I'm having it delivered? How about we just never order again bye!

I am a food delivery driver, I waited for 25 minutes and later got response from one of the staff: "If you wanna talk with manager you can, we are not responsible for this" after 38 minutes of waiting i got the order. I don't recommend any driver since we do not get paid for waiting half an hour.

Takeaway the fries and spicy Chicken burger as dine-in was closed and ate few fries while driving home, which is like 5mins.
Fries were like reheated in the fryer, not even freshly fried. The burger was good as always.

We had our burgers delivered by uber eats. When they arrived, they were cold and mine smelt so bad I could not eat it all. The smell of it was like smelly socks. I went into the store to get a refund and they basically blamed uber eats for it and that I could only get a refund through them. I will never ever eat from them again or use Uber Eats. Absolutely disgusting food and not even one star from me. Bad customer service from the store to help me. No stars from me

If your planning to eat here before heading to the entertainment centre leave yourself plenty of time. Small kitchen and few staff mean long wait times when more than a few people roll in.
Also I expected a better burger from a specialty burger place! The buttermilk chicken fillet barely covered half the bun! Not worth the price. Quality and taste was on par with cheaper burger places so I'll probably not go out of my way to go there again.

RACISM! When the brown people are going to order something, and they think like we are food delivery. They just think brown people are made for deliveries, We also like the nod burger and lovely to eat but They should change their thinking. If I had it in my hand, I would have given -0.5 points.

Good food, the place needs some soft furnishings to absorb noise otherwise it gets too loud with a crowd (think that rhymed).

Standard American takeaway burgers and shakes. Our meals were no different to other food chains of similar theme. Prices are standard and portion size good. Was extremely busy on the Friday night and our burgers were cold obviously due to the demand. They would benefit hugely by having more then two cash registers.

My partner and I came in for the first time, while being the only customers in the store… we weren’t welcomed and when coming to the counter to order, we were just bluntly looked at and not attended to. Poor customer service and clearly don’t hold themselves to high standards here. Very disappointed. Food wasn’t horrible, but certainly not as good as other burger chains nearby.

Ah Nord a place to get your simple but well balanced and cooked burger. The tots are the best in I have had in a long while. It's a good cheat so enjoy the luxury.

Morning 10: 23 am one of the boy is doing customer service on the front my baby was so crying I said do u have microwave and he said yes I said can u plz heat for me 5Sec (Baby Bottle) he just grab my bottle and he went to the kitchen later 1 min he come back he told me sry we are not allowed to do what the F… this is first visit to this restaurant m not coming back again my baby was so crying he was so hungry he is only 7 weeks old my baby

I never knew it was there and I drive Port Road every day. The burgers were great, as are the thick shakes I'd definitely be going again.

The food is tasty, the value is good. You can't really go wrong at Nordburger. I often go for the Royale but the chicken burger is also up there. If you've never been, you should go.

Patties: average size, albeit a little on the dry side. Buns: tasteless fluff. Filling: standard sauces, standard pickles. Overall, the burgers weren't anything special. The venue (tiles and concrete floor) feels a lot like sitting in a European underground station or a changing room of a historic swimming pool. Not a place to linger.

Careless staff that take way too long on an order, I had to remind them about an order that was just a burger during a time where I was one of 3 orders

Okay so we have had a lot of burgers around Australia and I'm going to say a statement now that may be controversial but hands down, best burger we have had. Ever! Juicy, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Both the chicken and beef burgers were good. And the fries deserve a hall of fame honor on its own. Oh and the shakes. Man, I can keep going.

Do your taste buds a favour and go have a Nordburger.

Also please open in Melbourne. In the south eastern suburbs. Please please please.

Quality doesn't seem to change at Nord on Port Rd. Have been happy with every burger I've had from it so far. Spice chicken had that mouth watering tang to it which was nice. And the patty's are always juicy and fresh. Fries changed though the old style were better.
