Noodle Box Woodcroft

Used to be 5 stars, however now i've tried multiple things on the menu; from the dishes being too dry or soggy, the wait time being waaaay too long and the miscommunication from the employees.you need to bring back the singapore noodles, i refuse to come back until that makes a come back.why get rid of such a good dish and do much poorly on everything else?

Mostly good, but they've started consistently undercooking tofu for the last 3 or 4 weeks and its really making me question purchasing again if they can't cook their food properly like they used to.

My first Uber delivery was awesome, the food was correctly delivered and it was astonishing. Our second time getting food was not great.we got the completely different thing to what we bought. My third time getting food from here was the correct food.good experience and good food.

Order took over an hour. Been twice and same issue both times. Won’t go back. They take way to long.

The lady that works there is extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable and not wanting to return. She needs to learn some customer service skills.

The guy who served me just before is a bloody legend, don’t know if he’s the manager or not but thanks for the goods!

You got rid of Singapore noodles! They're so basic and my favourite, will not be ordering from you guys again any time soon, and I used to order from you quite regularly!

If I could give this eatery a minus I would. Had satay chicken noodle box tonight and my friend had chicken fried rice. Both were overpriced, greasy and tasteless. The vegetable (I haven’t worked out was it was yet) was so woody that it could not be chewed. The chicken was dry and tasteless. The 2 medium boxes and 4 spring rolls came to $48 with the surcharge. I haven’t eaten from here before and I never will again. While waiting for the order I looked around and was disgusted by how dirty this place was. My shoes were sticking to the floor which looked as if it hadn’t been washed in months. The dirt under the counter could have been used in the garden. The glass display was greasy and filthy. The door (not sure where it lead) was covered in black hand prints and dirt. I am sure the Health Dept would shut this place down and rightly so. Do yourself a favour and eat elsewhere.

Delivered wrong food from menulog.
Rang for 20 times but hasn’t received the call.
No chance of contacting them to report as i have been waiting for my real order.
Haven’t got refund, have to spend more for another food.
Totally disappointing.

We tried calling the store several times to place an order for pick up but the phone just rang out everytime. We attended the store around 40mins prior to closing time and the staff were rude and seemed completely uninterested in taking our order like they were packed up and ready to go home. The food itself was ok, however the customer service needs a serious overhaul.

Ordered this as a delivery. The food was terrible. From the entire order, I literally ate 1 Panko Prawn, tasted the watery laksa and threw everything else in the bin.

Girl very rude on the phone. Gave me the third degree before I’d even ordered anything and then got snippy with me when I questioned why she was grilling me about order size. Get some basic communication training!

Absolutely appalling service.ordered on the concept ate app, said my meals would be ready by 7.09pm, walk in at that time and they haven’t even prepared the meals but we’re continuing to make other peoples who were walking in.this isn’t the first time even after changing staff! Not happy at all.

Awesome meal but when I walked in the chef was grabbing food from the bar with bare hands, gross! He changed to tongs when we locked eyes.
Who knows where his hands have been.
Expensive, big bowl more than the price of a pizza

I would put 0 stars we ordered through Uber and it took over 2 hours and they wouldn’t even answer their phone it was like they had it off the hook I will not be going there again I was also in there about a week ago and one staff member just sat on his phone while the other did absolutely everything not very good customer service at all

Love this place so much, the seafood laksa and the garlic prawns would be my last meal if i had to chose

I have ordered our meal tonight and it has been 2 hours and we still do not have our food. We have tried numerous times to call the restaurant and there has been no answer. When you pay extra for delivery you expect to get it in a decent time frame.

Usually the food is good but i just ordered nasigoreng it smelled burn from the packaging. Tried it definitely burnt and bitter. I don’t know how they sent order that they burned. Not happy at all.

Tasty food but so many flys (order Diptera) in the shop.
I was taken back to a Bali restaurant, where the flys roamed free. Wish i could unsee, but they need to do something to eradicate those pests.
Something you don't want to see as you finish your meal, an unwelcome stow away. The Fried Rice smelt and tasted great, along with the black bean steak, Maybe a little expensive for what it was, but serving portions were ok. Clean up the shop!

Pure waste of money, zero taste at all. It feels like i was eating boiled noodles. Chicken wasn’t up to the mark as well. REALLY DISSATISFIED.
