Noodle Box

The taste is changing day by day as the chef is not fixed. Sometimes you can get a very yum serving, but sometimes the rice is still half cooked and taste bad. So I only order meals when the elderly Asian chef is there.

Order for plant based Chinese Hot and Spicy Vegetarian Noodle and got chicken in the Noodles.

Had a weird green substance within the whole entire meal but it still tasted amazing. I found a few rats tails aswell but it really gave it an amazing crunchiness that the dish needed

Ordered through uber eats a simple nasi goreng with extra pork and shrimp (abt $44 for a larges serve) meal was dry and not at all great. Disappointed.

I tried the supreme chicken portion of this chain, however, the boneless chicken thighs had no flavour and it was surprisingly lacking in chicken. Even though it was quite crispy, the breading was more then the actual chicken. If you want noodles, go to noodle box, if you want fried chicken, go to KFC

Combo never fails to impress us. Great flavour and value for money. Laksa is also a tasty treat! Customer service is delightful, both on the phone and in the shop.

The girl behind the counter said she strongly suggested that I chose chicken as my meat for this meal. And I reckon that chicken must have been two weeks old and they were trying to use it up. I took all the bits of chicken out and just ate the noodles (unfortunately, I ordered extra chicken). But even after taking all the chicken out, it wasnt as good as similar places I have been to - the noodles sort of werent cooked through properly. Piece of advice, dont choose chicken as your base.

Cooked well, especially crumbed seafood. Quick, unobtrusive and comfy to eat in. Good tech ordering system

These guys were Soo generous with the amount of meat that they put in the dishes I order! I really liked that! Classic Asian dishes, all done well! Very good!

Great value, fresh food & friendly staff & they accomodate my " no plastic policy"

Slow service then normal, seemed to be a new cook and only 1 other person working but i did get free prawn crackers

Decent food at decent prices. Don't expect restaurant quality food but food good enough to fill and satisfy a hungry tummy. Friendly staff. And entertainment book vouchers accepted.and can use multiple in one go.

Noodlebox Marryatville is amazing, my colleague and I order it basically every weekend to work. The Pad Thai and spring rolls are our favourite - always hot and they pack in the Pad Thai so its amazing value. We will easily be continuing to order from them. And, always quick and great service! Food is ok, but too expensive for what this place is. You will probable get nicer cheaper and bigger serves by going to a chinese restaurant. Check out my other reviews if you want noodles.

Really great service and delicious, fresh food. I love how they fill the boxes all the way up too, great value for money. So sad that I'll be moving away from this place soon but I highly recommend as a local takeaway joint.

Good location and handy for quick meals. Excellent customer service. Noodles are tasty. Less salty would be better though.

1 year from my original review this shop has shown it's customer service side when they get orders wrong. I deduct 4 stars based on the quality of food delivered this evening.

They not cover uber eats cost or deliver to you when they get the order incorrect and admit to it. The idea of uber eats is you don't drive to the shop and the order is correctly done at store level. I didn't order via Uber Eats with expectation to drive to the shop end of order.

The meal.burnt spring rolls seem to be how it was cooked, not the correct serving quantity as ordered. The Singapore noodles.well I can't find anything good to say about them, except bland. A glass of water would have had more flavour essentially. Highly disapointing.

The shop response over phone, advised Uber Eats help phone number, to further assist. Uber Eats refunded on entire failed order done within a 10 minute call.

This shop rather turn customers away then correct their order mistakes.

Uber eats were exceptionally great with their customer service and I highly praise them for their help with this shops poor customer service attempt.
