9I'm a patien the service and care I get from staff is wonderful and Doctor Newhouse is extremely caring and listens to my needs
Wouldn't let me make an emergency dental appointment for my partner, even though he gave his consent over the phone, the stupid bird we had this morning was just so rude and obnoxious.he's in excruciating pain with his wisdom tooth, can barely speak without being in pain, and she didn't care one bit - don't you work at a bloody dental clinic? !? ! Not even going to bother ringing or coming back, looks like we'll be going to marion gp+ as i've never been treated like this over there EVER
The Dr expects me to walk 10 kilometers in the heat to noarlunga GP from my home and walk back in the heat I asked if I can get a lift she said she can get a lift there but not back home and the same Dr makes me wait hrs sometimes for appointments. Literally every time I wait at least 30 mins.
Answer the phones for once. Out patient phone hours are meant to be 8.30 to 4.30 its now 8.55 and still having the recorded message. Not to mention when I have gotten though to reception they are incredibly rude and unhelpful.
Went there for Sa pathology, called before I went to check that it was ok for me to go there but once I got there I was the only person there and they couldn't work out what they were doing and it took almost a half an hour before they had the paperwork sorted out which made me late for my next appointment. There were also 3 people working but 2 of them were to busy gossiping and sharing pictures on their phones and the person who was helping me needed their help but they just ignored her while she was trying to ask for help and kept on talking.
I received great service, from the front desk Through to the nurses and the doctors. Regardless of being super busy they made me feel extremely comfortable with the serious injury I had. Thankyou.
Uhhhhhhhhhhh mayyyyybe change the name of this place if it doesn't actually have any GPs ️
I wouldn't use their mental health services.very unconscious and they believe low grade and poor quality drugs is going to fix everything, they are outdated and there isn't s genuine duty of care. Very sad.
After 2 phone calls to the reception of the sleep clinic over the past month i can honestly say its time to train the people in answering the phone in what customer service is.
Dont blame everyone else and particularly claim the doctors are lieing to patients. Its a disgrace. Your attitude sucks and after seeing other recent reviews there is obviously a problem that needs to be addressed by management.
