Came to enquire last year about applying for citizenship then the process was really quick it was bit longer because of holidays Christmas and New Year after finally lodge the application sometime February I already got email saying that I have an appointment for citizenship exam then after that on the same day I got the Approval Letter for Citizenship. Today 26-07-2022 I attended my citizenship ceremony. All the staffs were great and was able to help and guide me in every step of the process I highly recommended No Borders Migration. Contact them for my visa purposes. Booked in for the initial zoom meeting. Had to postpone the zoom meeting for a week. The next week got a call from them to postpone the zoom meeting for another week. And on the third week i was online and ready for the meeting but no one showed up from their side. Wasted almost three weeks of my time.

We worked with Ivan Lee on our case and would like to recommend his prompt and dedicated services in renewing our RRV successfully.

I booked a phone consultation and did not receive any phone calls at the time of the appointment and even 20 minutes after. I rang to follow up and was advised the consultant was unavailable and would need to re-schedule. I blocked out my time for the appointment and ended up with no appointment with no updates on why or when the consultant became unavailable. I have luckily went through another company and found them to be much more professional, punctual, communicative and informative than No Borders Migration.

UPDATE in response to the response from the owner:
I still have all the back and forth correspondence from Guzel Gabbasova on behalf of Patrick Forwood - emails, texts, phone call records so I was in fact definitely on your system. Thank you for your response back but this review was for future/potential clients who wanted to know others experience. I do not want to investigate further or give you another opportunity - I have gone through another company who was far more helpful and professional.

Thanks to Patrick, Ivan Lee, Anna and the entire team at No Borders. Great experience! We started our partner visa application in hard pandemic times. No borders did a lot to simplify the process for us and we are happy to have received our visa grant well in time for Christmas 2021. Patrick Forwood is a very professional migration agent and I can only recommend him to anyone with significant visa issues, especially the 820 and 801 subclass visas. He has been incredibly helpful in the process, responds promptly to questions and is very thorough in the way he works.

EDITED DEC 2021: The No Borders team has helped me and my partner greatly, finally we have the permanent partner visa after 3 years. Many thanks and definitely recommend this business to others in similar situations.

The whole process of applying for a partner visa is undoubtedly very stressful, but without the competent help and knowledge of Patrick, it would have been a whole lot worse!
