10Great location, walking distance to shops & beach. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bed was amazing. Staff were lovely but a little bit of communication about deals they are running with staff would improve things. We had breakfast included but had to chase it up every day & staff were unaware of our free drink with any meal in the beach bar which also had to be verified with reception but otherwise we had a great stay & will be back.
Rooms are clean and neat.
Easy parking.
Beds are way to soft.
Lots of noise during the night from the adjacent pub. Even during the week from cleaners banging doors at 130am to people just being drunk.
I would look at other options before staying here again.
But otherwise ok for the price.
Great location, close to airport, easy to find. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Short walk to Glenelg beach and tram. Plenty of parking. Especially for high vehicles. Staff were friendly.
Nice people and place food and drink with health and safety to all, emm toilet are not cleaner bit stickpaper ground, hands dry bit weak!
Food is always great.they need to replace hand driers in the toilets ie dyson blades othe ones don't work well enough
Room and bathroom was nice and clean.but if you are planning on actually sleeping better bring some decent ear plug. There is no sound proofing at all, the walls are as thing as paper. You hear everything.the cars that zoom up and down to the Dan Murphy car park at the back, the pipes in the wall when your neighbour has a shower, next door tv, conversations that happen out in the corridor.just to make a few.
Room was clean and spacey really enjoyed our stay loved sitting on the balcony and experiencing the nightlife of glenelg and cant wait to stay again

Loved our 3 night stay! Room was clean and comfortable, excellent location with easy parking. Only 15 rooms, # 1 adjacent to fairly busy road, #15 (ours) very quiet as set back from the road. Easy check in, friendly staff. Will definitely book here again when back in Adelaide area!
Room was not clean before or during our stay. Lots of noise from passing traffic and hotel guests leaving the carpark.double glazing would help here. There are no privacy curtains, so either the heavy curtains were closed therefore dark in the room or open and everyone could see right in. The stairwell up to the room was dirty, obviously hadn't been swept for a long time. PS I emailed as requested and I have not had a response.
