Love our new couch, great service and value for money. The delivery guys were fantastic and got our couch upstairs successfully

Like the products and salespeople. Unfortunately delivery team and service team can’t keep up.
1. Apparently i can’t choose when i will be available to receive the goods. I just have to be at home even if am at work.
2. Missing parts on delivery, and according to the service team I should have follow up myself not just relaying on their team members to do the right things. (report the issue when they said that’s what they are going to do)
3. Delivery team and service staff definitely have some attitude. (delivery staff actually recommend me if I don’t like their service maybe should buy other brands)

Still love the brand and quality, unfortunately not the service.

Sorry guys know you have csi target, but please do something to fix this.

We ordered Province dining table from Marion SA and delivery driver and his partner could not lift table to bring to the dining room due to 6 steps. Rather than acknowledging that they did not bring enough people and could not lift marble table, made excuse of access issues to warehouse and then took dining table back to warehouse. It needs 4 people to lift that table. Been waiting for it for weeks and then disappointed. Took money and not sure when will it be delivered. Terrible service. Dharm and Mandeep Craigburn Farm SA

Ordered a bed frame from the marion store on the 12th of May 23. The customer service within the store was good and the quality of the product is good.

We had an issue with our delivery and on contacting the call centre that Nick scali use I had nothing but issues. Since this time I have made multiple calls chasing up an enquiry that was made, each time being told that someone from the dispatch centre would contact me. Even on speaking with supervisors i am yet to receive any contact from the dispatch centre regarding my original enquiry. It has now been 2 months and yet to hear anything.

If you don't need to use the call centre the company is good, but if you have any issues, your enquiries will continue to go unanswered. Any after purchase service is non-existent and for this reason alone I would not recommend this company.

I ordered a lounge and they said will be arriving around 3 months, the delivery have been delayed with no notification. When I call the customer service, they have bad attitude and never telling me when will my order arrive. Very bad customer service. Never ever go back again. Also it is no way to contact to store directly by phone, only can go down to get help with it.

Our sales person (Brian) was great, but was almost cost a sale by what I assume was the store manager. This person (only person too good for a name badge) was publicly berating his sales staff in front of customers, for nothing, and was generally rude. Tried to hurry my partner and I up until it was realised I wasn't happy. Suddenly remember their sales training, and probably a few lessons from their parents, and became polite and happy again. Little too late, potentially the last sale Nick Scali gets from us. You'd think a store that's on sale more often than Mr Bunkrupt and Haggle co.etc would want to keep people happier. Unfortunately a premium product doesn't seem to come with premium customer service.

Again, I'd like to stress that Brian, our sales person, was great. As has been every sales person we've ever encountered there. Luckily their attitude doesn't reflect their leadership.

Misleading about delivery time frames. I ordered a sofa in September, but now I'm being told it won't arrive until nearly March.

Nice furniture, would have had a sale but rude staff member making comments as they walk by just ain't selling it for me. Good thing there are plenty of other furniture stores to go to.

Scott was fantastic, explained the fabrics and configurations of the couches. Grabbed the coffee table and entertainment unit there also. Despite the website, the experience was great overall.

Ordered 2 chairs March '21, told 12-16 weeks. Fineally got an E. T. A went to pay in person, found chairs had been reduced again. As i hadn't received them, and I was told they wouldn't reduce further, I requested I only pay for the then going price. Got a call later that day, answer was no! Offered free delivery, I umed and ahhed, and said I'd let them know. Tried calling store, rang out, got HQ they put me through, rang out. COULD NOT get them. Tried and tried. Fineally delivery came at 1830! Not the 1400-1600 time slot given. Delivery guy nice BUT DUMPED boxes intact and in the rain. Got charged $80 for this service! Told by Rebecca, delivery was advisable as the recliners needed to be assembled.if she calls putting 4 screw in legs on is assembly? Waited months purely bc they ship full containers from china, not covid as they hide behind. Poor, poor service. Get the sale, nice as pie, once they have the $$ its f.u. Customer!

Pathetic that you don't accept cash. You lost a $2990 sale on the weekend. Harvey Norman Gepps Cross provided excellent service & gave us more discount. Wouldn't be recommending your company

Incredible customer service. Both Rebecca and Daniel are exceptional. Both are friendly, knowledgeable and have bent over backwards to assist us with the purchase of our lounge and rug. Both Daniel and Rebecca are an asset to your organisation. Will definitely be back to your store again if we need to purchase more items for our home. Thank You

Excellent service from Rebecca and Scott at Marion store. We bought Levanzo collection tables, great help from Rebecca in choosing chairs to match thankyou. Scott helped us purchase Nakeeta lounge. Great customer service from him a real asset to the company.

Nick Scali have been a favourite place for me to buy furniture over recent years, however it has come to light that the capacity to clean up after themselves is extremely poor. You wait 8-12 weeks for furniture to be delivered and then they just du.p the boxes and rubbish for you to remove at your effort and cost. This is after paying good dollars for the delivery as well.most recently they just left two huge boxes (not broken down) for me to fill my recycling bin with for the following 6 weeks on my verandah. Poor form Nick Scali Furniture.last time you ever get my business or recommendation to anyone I know!

Customer service is great, didn't buy today shopped around at the homemaker centre and Nick Scali wins by far. Ran out of time.but will be definitely buying our lounge from here ️

Beware of baiting (luring you in with superior floor stock to that which you will be sold) either buy the floor stock or walk away, they will not deliver on there promises, we are stuck with over priced pieces that don't match.
The staff do not care at all, they will try and convince you are being fussy
they will talk through you, once they have your money your history.
Over priced delivery as well, even if they are coming to your house you still get charged for each item and if you live within 25 mins of the city expect to be charged "country rates"
I bad experience.

Just make sure u check that the furniture is well assembled on delivery. They missed out 4 screws on my cabinet feet.
