NEXA Sports Performance

As a parent of a young athlete the team at NEXA have been fantastic. They have always been encouraging and supportive. Their focus on the mental strength as well as the physical is well balanced and gives the athlete the tools to meet their personal goals. Their individual assement of the weak areas in performance, strength, balance and subsequent focus on these areas has reduced the injuries occurring. My son enjoys the variation in his program so as not to be repetitive.

Nexa is a great environment to train in. They provide a thorough assessment of how you move and build a program that helps you improve in areas of weakness and towards your goals. Also training with Athletes it’s different sports has been great.
