No bread rolls no nachos used to do the best nachos not eating at newmarket again or playing your pokies because your menu gets a zero need bread rolls surely pub not that poor cant afford bread rolls

It has great service and has the best chips and gravy, it has a awesome salad bar.fresh food and lovely staff.the owner is very nice.i would definitely go there agian

The staff are the worst have been there several times and always the same they are unfriendly and take forever to even acknowledge your presence definitely wont be going back

Great food at great prices. Chips were extra flavorsome and crunchy on the outside and creamy soft on the inside.

Good honest show! Prices are good, steaks in our group all cooked as ordered. Fish portions a bit small but not overpriced so it kinda evens out i guess. Drinks good, service polite. Dunno how it would be if busy cos wait times were on the outer rim and it was not busy but timing was good between courses. In short, its well worth a shot. Rgds, CM

Meal was lovely steak was under cooked which was sent back and cooked a little longer then was lovely. Staff are very friendly and accommodating would return as prices are very good and so is the food and service

Newmarket Hotel is great service and staff in bar and restaurant.live music at times and a very easy, comfortable, friendly and safe environment.
I don't recommend the pokies. In all my years going there on occasion never NEVER paid out once. Some pubs in the Port have gaming rooms that hardly ever pay out. This venue is definitely one of them however, every other aspect of this brilliant local identity is superb.anyone saying otherwise is a drunk and a bum! Haha

Tackey, but a part of me likes it. Guess I found the service pretty good and the atmosphere quite friendly.

Ordered several meal in a setting meals came out delayed but fresh and hot we ordered schnitzels the chicken schnitzel was slightly salty and mushroom gravy tasteless. Withstanding that we will go again.

Terrible food and service. Waitress had bad attitude fish taste like it had been microwaved and beef schnitzel dry like an old boot. My son also got sick after eat my mix grill from the steak as it didn't taste right. Wouldn't not eat here or recommend this place.

Waited over an hour and 15 minutes for our meal. We ordered in groups before it got busy and because we were a large table (10) they served us last. The childrens meals came out with everyone elses and not many chips on the plate! And the salad bar was empty! We will not be return! ! Disgusted and not happy!
