This is an amazing gym. Located a short drive from the city on a main road, with plenty of parking available within the facility and surrounding streets, there are two levels allowing for free weights, classes, a sauna and a women's area. The staff are very friendly, the prices for membership are very very cheap compared to others. Over all just an amazing space that is welcoming to all. Going a few times a week to the the various classes does really help get results. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in Adelaide.
