This place won't allow unvaccinated or unmasked people in. It doesn't seem to care that neither of those activities are proven to be beneficial for people or reduce risk. They'd rather people take experimental and arguably, detrimental injections than try to help people who chose not to take that risk. So much for "do no harm".

Had a contact with Dr R Wilcox, not supportive at all, very bad communication

Absolutely horrific experience in his appointment, always take someone in with you if you do choose to see him. I was left traumatised after my first and only experience. I never went back. Shared strictly confidential information to the waiting room. I felt humiliated. I had to pick one star to post.

I don't know Dr Wilcox but I have been seeing Dr Emma Whitham for about 4 years now. Friendly, approachable, caring and knows her stuff. Willing to try different approaches. If there's a reason these guys have closed their books, I'd be willing to bet it's because they already have a huge list of happy patients they need to ensure are getting the right care. Admin staff can be tricky to reach but are helpful and follow through if needed. Highly recommend.

Dr. Wilcox And his excellent staff give top class care. He is a kind caring person. Carmel his assistant is excellent, as I came from Cairns she organised all my appointments for me, while I was on a short stay in Adelaide. Dr Wilcox then arranged for me to have DBS a couple months latter. The Stimulator takes a few appointments to tune but Dr. Wilcox won't give up until he has the ideal settings, he visits you in hospital every day after surgery, even Sat.and Sunday, He is a workaholic, who I hope has and understanding wife.
