Needa Pizza

Pizzas were lacking in flavour. Party pizza was more like a family size. Both pizzas missing the extra toppings that were ordered. We used to love this pizza place but it hasn’t been the same for a long time now.

Go elsewhere.
Pizza took 3 hours to arrive, after multiple calls being told it was on its way at the hour and 2 hour mark it arrived in a destroyed box and pizza ruined. Ended up going and getting a new pizza from the pizza shop.

They advised a refund was processed through the uber eats app for the trouble, it was never processed and I never got my money back.

There are plenty of pizzerias in the area with better pizza, better service and trustworthy staff.

I recently ordered a take away pizza from this outlet and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza. From the first bite, I knew I was in for a treat. The crust was crispy, yet chewy, and the toppings were fresh and full of flavor. The cheese was melted to perfection and added to the overall enjoyment of the pizza. The service was fast and the staff were friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. Have ordered from here many times and not been disappointed.except for tonight.
Couldn't understand the lady on the phone. Then was given a price for our order.
OK so far. BTW it was a simple half and half party size pizza with coke and garlic bread.
On delivery of pizza from another person with not very good English speaking or understanding skills, was asked to pay which my husband did by card. Only after he swiped the card did he see the price had gone up by $6. He couldn't explain why. The shop was supposed to ring us back. Didn’t.
Hubby rang to speak to the manager and was told we were given the wrong price over the phone and had paid the right price.
Very disappointed with service.
Pizza was OK to eat but has changed since we last ordered.
Son said garlic bread was cold and daughter said chicken was dry.
But due to the fact of being overcharged and the manager being argumentative on the phone, we will now be finding a new pizza outlet.

Great service. Pizza is extremely tasty. Large meatlovers and cheesy garlic bread fantastic value

Order was delivered within 30 mins.
The pizza tasty. Full of filling and crispy base. The chips crispy. The garlic bread tasty.

Only if you are desperate for pizza... Soft, doughy crust, tasteless toppings, overcooked... Never again for me

Love their pizzas, all at a great price. Recently I left my purse there and even before I realised it was missing one of the men delivered it to my home. Couldn’t ask for more honest, friendly help.

1.5 hours for delivery, were nice enough to offer replacement ribs for a previous error in the last order, but unfortunately got spare ribs instead of rack ribs, kids pizzas were burnt and I've never seen chips so overcooked in my life.

Buy here, I love pizza:) Used to have to drive and pickup elsewhere cause no-one good enough was close enough to deliver to Coromandel Valley.until I found Needa. Consistently great pizza!

First I went to Needa Pizza thanks to a review I read on here from a lovely young lady. I was not disappointed, this is a 5 plus star pizza bar. The price is less than Dominos with roughly 5 times the amount of topping. I even questioned the staff, how can you possibly make such a great pizza at the price your selling them for. The reply was, we have been making pizzas for 40yrs. The father still works there and so does his son Pluss staff. Still two family pizzas and a garlic bread for only $33. As soon as you are handed the pizzas you notice straight away how heavy they are and when you lift the lid your eyes go into overdrive and when you take the first bite, your body will start dancing on the inside. You really owe it to yourself if you're a pizza love to go to Needa Pizza and treat yourself to the best. Even if it's a bit far from where you live or you have young kids there is a large park on the same block as Needa Pizza with large shady tree and playground for the kids. A beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the best pizza money can buy.

I ring up with an annoying order and they make it amazing every time. Happy to travel past 5 other pizza places to come here. Lovely people.

Was recommended by parents. Ordered a pizza Sunday night, was absolutely delicious. So, ordered again Thursday night to share with my daughter, who agrees, absolutely delicious. Three generations of my family agree.

Under New Management (thank goodness). Oh yes the Pizza's were tasty, fresh, hot, good quantity of toppings, the base cooked well. Will now order from you again. Keep up the good quality.

New owners again, 2lots in the last 4 months. It was a hard task replacing the originals. Where did they go? The 2nd lot made good pizza aswell, after adjustment. Now the new new, not sure yet they’ll get a second chance but the menu quality may have dropped. No more beef strips.

My first visit here - always a bit of a gamble when you see mixed reviews. I ordered a large meat lovers with a few extra toppings (only $1 extra per topping). Exactly 12 minutes later and I was good to go. 5 mins to drive home, and was pleased to find the pizza was still *very* hot! The crust was nice and thin (just how I like it), and the toppings were huge - perhaps double what I’ve ever seen before - wow! My only complaint is that I couldn’t finish it because it was so loaded. Not sure about the -ve reviews on this page, as my experience was far better than expected.
