I could not be happier with the service and support I have received from NDSP plan managers. Their monthly reports to keep me informed and the option to review and approve invoices before they are paid have been particularly useful in managing my son's funding.
Brilliant company to work with. The whole process is smooth and transparent. NDSP supply you with up-to-date information about your plan and useful information in a newsletter. I have always found NDSP quick to give me answers or approve requests. Most importantly I feel Supported in every way.

NDSP have been my Plan Managers since July 2019. (The previous company I was using did not meet the standard I chose to support me) I have had nothing but fantastic service and support from the Team at NDSP. Factors that stand out for me are
A) You get a real person answer the phone and if they cannot help they make sure you are directed to the right dept.
B) The online Portal allows me to see where my Plan sits on a daily basis.
With the ever evolving changes to the NDIS and requirements, NDSP team have always been well versed in all areas.
