Being dealing with the brand "Natuzzi Italia" for a while now. However, I must confirm that Natuzzi Italia IS NOT MADE-IN-CHINA (as incorrectly claimed by one of the reviewer - misinformation - more likely being told by other retailers). They are still custom made in Italy albeit "Italia" (translation = Italy vs China). Hope this mis-information is corrected as it would be tremendously ashamed for potential customers to miss out of a good Italian made/materials etc from actual Italy, a small town in Bari. NB: There are "copies" and are made in China.

I love Natuzzi furniture - bought my suite over from NZ with me. I don’t like this store. Apparently it’s unacceptable to turn up in your normal attire of 68 year old ex-surfer. I didn’t appreciate being treated like a pauper. My budget was $10,000.00 for a 2 seater sofa bed. I’ll spend it elsewhere. Shame on your snooty attitude. So now I’m editing this bad review - apparently Natuzzi currently have their product manufactured in China - what a joke - Italian prices with substandard finish as outlined by a previous review.

OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW GOOD THIS PPLACE IS. S my husband albert needed a sofa in his room because we are rich nto like paramatta. So we came to this plce ad it has some of the best furnitture iv everseen. So, we bouth andi am in LOVE. 10/10 WOULD BUY AGAIN

Love natuzzi furniture, filled out house with it, love the style and quality is exceptional. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly

Sorry to say, but would not buy again.
Stitching is not straight or aligned even on the same sofa piece, different patched Leather throughout (course and smooth), although we paid for high end better leather.
When I complained and asked whether Mr. Natuzzi himself would accept this quality, Vivian said "NO" he wouldn't!
I wanted a replacement and was told that's an impossibility!
Then I was told that it's a handmade product and I should accept these imperfections!
If you order you have to take what you get, so consider floor stock!
A lot of money for a medium quality Sofa.

Back again to our favourite furniture shop.best quality and exceptional customer service. Love it.
