I placed my order with Natural Chemist for an Omega Oil supplement. They called me to let me know that current stock they only had 4 weeks until the expiry date. They asked if I would prefer to put the item on back order to receive newer stock. Most onsite vendors, in my experience, do not bother to do this. Some are quite happy to send you a product which is only just within the expiry date, or in some cases, past the expiry date.

Initially there was a server hiccup that did not acknowledge the order, however staff corrected this quickly and in fact fulfillment and despatch happened the following day. Found this company excellent to deal with and would recommend highly. My order was a large order for hard to get items so I was genuinely impressed.

This was my first time ordering probiotics from Australia and i wasnt sure how will they manage the temperature around the medicine while the parcel is in transit. To my surprise the parcel was very well handled and packed with eco friendly coolers along with a pack of dry ice. I have been using the multiflora probiotic for few months now and it has reallh helped me with my gut health.

Brilliant service including excellent delivery and fulfillment of product. I have been very happy with Mutaflor which I have bought as a probiotic for my daughter. It is working extremely well and the small size is perfect for a 12 year old to take. Very satisfied all round!
