National Tiles Mega Clearance Store

I have been converted. They will be my first choice. Value and great service m pity about the 3pm close

The salesperson was super helpful and friendly. Knew exactly what amount we needed and the amounts to complete our projects.

My GPS did not want me to find this store, it had issues with the fact there is a road above another road, and took a scenic route in locating the store.l had high expectations for National tiles, and was excited to finally make it into a store, rather than browsing online. Reality did not meet my expectation, the range was not as large as l anticipated and while they had some lovely, fashionable tiles there was not the bold/unique tiles l expected to find.
The member of staff was welcoming and offered assistance.

Good range, helpful staff and reasonable prices. It is an advantage being able to collect your selection there and then.

I rocked up on the 23rd of December when their collection point was closed and wasn't going to reopen until the 4th of Jan. The guys there helped me out even though they were off for the year and even waited for our second car to collect the remaining tiles. Saved us massive bathroom delays and a lot of stress, can't thank them enough!

Only received half our order, had to wait another week without a kitchen floor, potentio ally longer if we didn't chase it up.
I hurt my neck in the meantime and they wouldn't help with delivery for their mistake resulting in my partner doing the heavy lifting.

Fantastic range at a great price! Found exactly what I wanted and at a good price. I visited here a couple of times before my purchase and always had good service.

Their range is no where near as big as I thought it'd be, and their ads say they have the lowest prices. They do not. Staff were friendly

After all the constant advertisements you hear about how good this place is meant to be, I thought we would go and get a quote for our house we are about to build.
All I can say is that money on advertising is a waste! After entering this store there were 2 staff looking at a computer wearing high vision tops. There was no greeting or acknowledgement at all. After my wife and I looked around for a few minutes I thought I would go and ask these guys if there were any sales people. Much to my shock when I asked I was told “That’s me”! To which I replied “do you help us or what do we do”? He said look around and if you like something let me know. I told my wife this and she just said to me let’s go! So we left very disappointed. Frank Walker National Tiles, maybe get some people that wish to help customers.
We then went to the major competitor where we were promptly greeted and helped out. Much to say we spent our hard earned money there $$.

Fantastic Place, and staff there is awesome from the front to the warehouse. Knowledgeable sales person and very calm under pressure serving so many customers waiting at once. The guy at the front does an amazing job, it was a little wait for me and my partner because he was by himself but nonetheless he catered to everyone calmly, Laurence is a star. Will definitely shop there again.

Ordered approx 75m2 of tiles in morning approx. 11am. Asked to come back at 2pm to pickup. Get here and advised they haven't been packed and there is a 30 min wait. Still waiting after 30mins.

What should have happened is the sales guys should have called and advised they are running late.

Or

Offered to deliver them for free as when you buy online the same tile you get it delivered for free anyway.

Great range of tiles and prices but service level needs to be improved to compete against the likes of Beaumont Tiles etc. Who are very efficient with their system.
