The lady who works at this store has abhorrent customer service skills. I was greeted at the door by her screams from across the room about not having a mask, which I was unaware I needed. When another staff member apologised for the scene that had been made, she proceeded to berate him for apologising to me. She charged me $2.50 for a mask when they handed them out for free at Specsavers. I took my business elsewhere, will not be buying glasses from her.
