Worst pharmacy! Stupid wait times and rude staff that make you feel like you’re an inconvenience. Pharmacists always chatting no wonder there’s always a delay in scripts.

I cannot put into words how disgusted I am with the ‘Service’ I received tonight from the Indian women who I would assume is the pharmacist on shift tonight 10/8/23

I won’t go into detail as I will be taking this matter further with your complaints department.
However I strongly suggest to anyone that is wanting/needing to have a prescription filled, especially an ‘escript’ to completely avoid N/P-Aldinga!

I used to go here but the service was non existent so started driving to chemist warehouse at moana. It was a bit inconvenient but worth it for the money I saved. Today I was at aldinga shops and only needed one thing from the pharmacy so went in to national pharmacies. What a joke! Two staff in the dispensary standing, talking and laughing to each other, two customers sitting down waiting for their scripts and I was told my one item would be 30 minutes!
I worked as a dispensary technician for over 20 years so have a very good understanding of how a pharmacy works!
Lift your game national pharmacies! Your prices are beyond a rip off, your staff are untrained and incompetent and your service is non existent! NEVER AGAIN will I step foot in one of your stores.

Absolutely shocking! General staff doing the pharmacists job filling scripts while the pharmacist is helping on the shop floor! Ordered regular scripts through med advisor. Came in as it had been 3hrs since ordering them. Got told that they will get to it when they can. Mind you my Husband is in the carpark throwing up waiting for his meds.

Sent my partner here to get cold and flu tablets and the silly pharmacist sent him out with sinus tablets and spray. Useless money hungry chemist!

National pharmacy aldinga has always been very helpful and reasonably priced when using membership card. Even cheaper then chemist warehouse for some things.

I called here on Tuesday asking for a sick note as I was awaiting the results of a pcr test and couldn’t go to work until I received a negative. The lady on the phone was pleasant enough and said that they couldn’t issue one over the phone but once I had received a negative result I could go in to get one. That’s understandable. So I go in to get the sick note today (Thursday) and was told to go book an appointment at a doctor. They were a bit busy and I understand that they would not be able to write it immediately but I had no issue waiting. If I had been told that it wasn’t possible on Tuesday I would have been able to book an appointment earlier and would not have bothered to go to this store. Either the staff don’t know procedures and make it up as they go along, or they just didn’t want to deal with customers issues. In either case this is a failing for this store.

Without fail, every single time I’m forced to have to suffer going to this chemist (which is as little as humanly possible but there’s a supply issue atm with my regular medication so I’m forced to have to go here sometimes), but without fail there is always an issue. Either it’s “you’ve come back too soon for it”, or “this script has been faxed to another chemist we’ll have to ring and annoy your doctor to ensure this isn’t forged” (despite there being a bloody barcode on the script!). The list goes on and on. They are power tripping, rude people who think their authority is above that of a doctors. Absolutely cannot stand them! They are so rude and have no idea what good customer service is. Go to one of the Terry Whites in Aldinga instead. They are much much nicer! This place SUUUUCKS

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff with excellent customer service skills. My only gripe is that whenever I've needed to fill a script for basic naproxen which treats my chronic pain, inflammation, and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, they always make me wait a day for them to order some in. Other than that, I am very happy with their service.

I went into the pharmacy for some wound management, staff were very friendly gave me some good advice and I left very happy. I've always had great friendly service. Also the product recommended I know keep in my first aid kit.

This place is a rip off. Bought prescription here that is $6.99 at moana. They stung me $14.00. Never get prescriptions here. What a joke.

Don't even deserve a 1 star rating. After working at TWCM, in which was awarded pharmacy of the year, then walking into this chemist, i was appalled to say the least. SHOCKING customer service. Won't even greet or acknowledge you. Stupidly high prices and unreasonable waiting time. Went in to get a sick certificate, the pharmacy assistant asked what it was for and i explained. The pharmacist then proceeded to say we don't do back dated ones. I said i needed it for today and well seemed like cat got his tongue. He then proceeded to say only GP's do them. I think he well and truely implied they do write sick certificates and clearly were too lazy to provide me with one. As I work in pharmacy i can confirm they do write them. Would much rather drive further out of my way to visit a different chemist than go to this one for convenience.

Service is often pretty poor, get a lot of attitude and questions just to buy a box of Voltaren 25 and you can't buy two over the counter anti-inflammatories together. Yet just got my script filled and was handed a bag full of medications that weren't mine 2 minutes after she took my ticket. Don't know how you can get the wrong name when I was the only person left it store still waiting for a script and you have my name in your hand. Maybe worry less about people buying over the counter drugs and more about getting the prescription drugs to the right people. I recommend going to the Terry white by Audi. They close early some days, and are small, but lovely staff

Will go out of my way to avoid this chemist. Half an hour wait for a prescription to be filled is ridiculous. I agree with many, they are much too expensive.

Absolute rip off. Filled a script here not long ago because it's the pharmacy most convenient to me - never again. Aside from the fact that I waited what must have been at least 25mins for my script, it was insanely expensive. My medication was almost TRIPLE the cost of other chemists and the vicks vaposteam I bought was double the price too. Unacceptable.

Very rude and expensive staff dont know what there talking about always short or have no medication i take in stock regardless of many other ppl taking it prices have been bumpd up massively staff choose who they talk to and offer cheape
I no this because my partner used to work there and left because there very unprofessional and medication inventory numbers dont match up! Very dodgy if u ask me.
Overall im desgusted with this pharmacy i suggest everyone go to the terry white chemist up the road were you get service with respect a smile good prices and waiting time is so much better these guys dont deserve a 1 out of 5 im appalled.

Nice enough people however being told if I was a member I would pay 1/2 the amount for the same medication was a bit unprofessional. All that tells me is they don't respect the local people enough to give a fair price for everyone, everyday. Why have prices jacked up so you can discount for "members"? Just like all the other reviews I bet there will be no correspondence to resolve.

Needed a script filled. Waited over 5mins for someone to serve me as there was 1 person serving and too busy talking not realising there was many people waiting. Someone else decided to come out and help which was 5 mins too late. I was told see you in 10mins. Come back she wouldn't fill script, script still has was plenty of date and have never had a problem from other pharmacies. Apparently shortage on medication, which when i checked on the government page it was between 16-20th July (1 month ago) and the issue from manufacturer has been resolved. I needed medication that day as it ran out. I was told to go to a doctor down road for a new script for a new brand, i dont need a new script as medication is available and i was not going to a doctor i have never been to and get my medications changed, this all being at 4pm on a Sunday.

I have seen this store go through so many changes over 13 years. Staff are still friendly and helpful. National Pharmacies are a bit pricey though
