From the initial meeting with the sales team to final installation phases, the Narellan Pools (SA) team have been amazing. Professional, easy to deal with, responsive and were happy to answer all my questions along the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

This job took more than 10 months, with people turning up onsite whenever they felt like it.
The water feature was so ugly, the company replaced it, and it still looks nothing like the brochure.

We changed our minds, went down the spa route as our land is narrow. But if we could we would have finished with them. Great customer service!

Great with sales and promises but don't deliver. We now have a noncompliance from council as they didn't built to approval and they will not fix. We will be significantly out of pocket to rectify. Avoid using this company. Try freedom pools wish we had.

I waited 5 months before writing this review just to be sure it’s fair. Peter, Marty, Jen, Matt, Michael, Zac, Chappy and Chris were just awesome to deal with every step of the way. They promised me a worry free pool and they delivered on that promise. Same day response and action to all my queries and requests. I highly recommend if you want experts to deal with you from initial inquiry to digging to installing through to paving around with a concrete beam. The mineral pool they installed surprises the pool shops where I take the water for testing because it requires very mimimal chemicals for top up and is always crystal clear. Can I say my pool is the perfect pool? Well almost. There has been only one issue and Narellan North Adelaide handled quite well. We recently had a small electronic glitch with the automatic hydroxinator. When Peter (owner) and Matt (manager) found the supplier of said equipment was being unusually slow fixing it, they came to replace the whole unit with a brand new one themselves and they said they are going to deal with the supplier warranty/paperwork /returns policy themselves saving me the effort and stress. The equipment supplier's staff told me thereafter that Narellan cannot just replace the whole unit because it is not in accordance with their company warranty process…. Well it appears that advise is too late because Narellan pools just DID! Now that is a company with proper customer focused attitude right there. I highly recommend them.

All of the team were fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend them. We are ecstatic at the experience.

Peter and the team have been absolutely brilliant, nothing was ever a chore, they responded to every query and we had plenty of them, the install was promised before Xmas and as of the 16th Dec it is in and completely finished, they did everything from install to paving and fencing. I could not recommend them highly enough and Chappy their landscaper is a legend. Thank you guys, we have really appreciated this experience and wish you all the best. Do yourselves a favour folks and speak to Peter Webb - absolute gentleman.

Very professional company. Not as happy with the pool installers as I was with the sales team but an easy work around if I needed a pool again!

Take our advice run.your pool will crack just like mine and other peoples i know.once a problem occurs you will never hear back from them! Much much more to come soon.see you all on the big screen!

I had a great sales experience with Matthew. He was extremely friendly throughout the sales process clearly explaing all aspects of purchasing the pool.

We found that Narellan pools was more than willing to work within our timeframes and didn't try to do a hard sell with over inflated prices to then simply give big discounts like other retailers.

I'd certainly recommend Narellan pools for anyone that want a simple, honest and reliable pool purchasing experience.

We would highly recommend Narellan Pools Para Hills we found Matthew Wright when giving our quote to be extremely professional he gave attention to detail making sure every aspect of installing a pool was explained thoroughly and gave us great ideas to enhance our back yard.
