Great staff, quick service and the food was delicious. Great break from all the shopping. Venue kept clean and the staff were always around cleaning and checking all was OK.

Great food and fast service time, Lovely staff and amazing enviroment very comfortable and layed back will be coming again.

I visited Nando's recently, and I must say I was disappointed. The side table at my table was filthy and remained that way throughout my meal. It's crucial for a restaurant to maintain cleanliness, and this experience left a lot to be desired. I hope they improve their hygiene standards in the future

As someone who has loved Nando's their entire life, I highly recommend this restaurant to those who are looking for a delicious place you wont fail to return to over and over again.

Dined in with a party of 4, and ordered a whole (hot) chicken, half (lemon and herb) chicken, chips, other sides, and drinks - which arrived promptly.

The "hot" basted chicken was nice and moist, but the lemon and herb chicken was a little dry. Overall, it is just above average and of typical Nando quality.

Disgusting service. Was given cold chicken and then asked politely for it to be warmed up the man working at the counter. He rudely took the food to the back and then it was left on the counter for 25 minutes. We approached the man and he said “well I couldn’t see you or remember your face you could have given me your table number” however we were sitting right infront of him at table 1 and he did not ask us for a table number when we sent back the food. Shocking service! He left the chicken there for 25 minutes and when I approached him for a refund he said you have to email Nando’s we can’t give you a refund! Why hire workers that are so rude and will argue with customers in a full shop with many others watching? Do not attend this place as you will get food poisoning as the service is absolutely careless! 0 stars.

Awesome service great food nice clean place. If you like Nandos you got to come try it here.

Recent pricing increase, sweet potato fries soggy, not good value for money as previously was early February 2023.

Food is good. Service is poor. Sit down scan to order. Bare minimum. Takes ages to clean tables. Generally people had to sit at dirty tables before they were cleared. Still sticky.

Great place to eat
Artwork is stunning, music is layback and chill, and the spacious outdoor dining is great. Food is great service is relatively quick.

Nandos has always been one of my favourite places to eat and I'm very excited to have one locally now!

It's a little bit confusing, the shop is layed out like a restaurant so I stand at the door waiting to be seated but they expect you to find your own seating.

Once I realised this it became a little less awkward waiting at the counter with the server asking me what I would like to order despite not even being sat down.

Food always goes hard though!

I've been here many times and have enjoyed every meal! Food is fresh and service is 10/10. Would definitely recommend. My partner and I will be returning!

A great addition to the ever expanding TTP dining experience

Nandos is something that sits between fast food and a restaurant experience, but is able to perfectly balance it.
The service is fast, but the quality of food is not compromised

If you’ve had nandos before, you know what to expect; and if you haven’t, it’s a great option to try (especially if you’re a chicken lover)

Ordered through Doordash. They took over an hour to make the food. Chicken was very dry, hard to eat. Mawson lakes nandos is much better!

Yeah. This place is starting to suffer from the old "start off strong, start slipping as they go on" thing that I see happen to every place that starts off decently. My brother and I ate there today, got the same burger we always get, and the bacon was so over cooked and burnt, I legit thought it was a bone. My chicken was so over cooked (at least I hope it was just from over cooking) it was hard and rubbery. He also had the same issue. My friend has ordered the mediterranean salad every time we've been and today it came out differently and she's pretty sure smaller as well.

Also we sat at one table, was filthy with plates and stains still on it. Moved to another one, no plates but dirty and hadn't been wiped down. The glasses we got with our meal were dirty as well.

Probably won't be back if I'm being honest. Sad to see another decent place go the route of "slash the quality to make the profit" -_-

The fining experience is incredible, but I think that's all because of our server. Charlotte was incredible! Nice mannered, kind, understanding, and even complimented my hair! I would reccomend going just to see her, she's the sweetest. Solely because of Charlotte (and the peri peri) will I be giving this restaurant a 5 stars.

Very nice and clean environment. Food was yummy and loved the option of unlimited refillable drink. The stuff were friendly and good attitude. Will definitely come back again.
