Nando's Northpark

Brah they charged us 2x $4.95 for table water!
‘Soft’ white bun is never soft, always cold and hard. Chicken is good. Chips is good. They’re rationing the pre-pre salt sometimes.

For a spicy rice the rice is sure tasteless and very small quantity even though I ordered for the large. Rice wasn’t properly cooked.

Nandos you can do better

I’ve been coming to the Northpark store for years and have always been fairly happy with the food and service but I can’t help but feel it has been taken over by a new owner or a new manager running it because it’s definitely gone downhill in service and food quality.
It’s like they are trying to cut corners to save money.
Hopefully things improve soon as I normally love the taste of Nando’s

Yesterday I made the mistake to order from North Park instead of Tee Tree Plaza. I have been eating Nandos for the last 10 years regularly and this time was the worst food we’ve had.
We have ordered Veggie Wrap and they put chicken in it, the mini pitta was pretty much black and they didn’t even bother to cut it.
We had a seriously larg chips which was more like a large chips.
Chicken was burnt as well.

If you want to eat Nandos avoid this place and go to Tee Tree Plaza.

Usually pretty good, but the chicken was dry and lacked flavour. Must have been a day off, I forgive them

Everything was great but the place was a bit cold for me and bleak. Otherwise highly recommended.

Absolutely worst Service I have ever witnessed. No care in the world about the customers. Everyone was complaining about incorrect orders, missing items and extensive wait times.

When I approached the staff member about cutlery as she dropped off our meals that were incorrect she said "yea yea". I thought ok. Then I waited another few minutes for her to bring our correct meals back got another "yea ok"
Then she didn't come back, so I went and asked for some cutlery so she turned around and proceeded to polish in a way I can only describe as.well PAINT DRYS QUICKER! OH MY GOD IT WAS MIND BLOWINGLY HOW SLOW!
Uber drivers were laughing because they could see it all happening is disbelief!
I just thought, I'm not asking for much just would like to eat my food before it goes cold and preferably like a human with some cutlery!

NOW! I know this is just a nandos.but get a grip on your restaurant. It's still a place people want to go. But now it's just embarrassing how bad it's been managed, by people who could care less!
We actually just go back now for the drama it's become a running joke (this would have to be atleast the 5 time and each time it's been bad but not this bad).

Great store here with friendly staff. I have noticed I. The last 6 months the speed or service has improved. Staff are super nice. 5 stars.

The food was cold, the service was colder, the atmosphere was cramped and drearily dead. Will not return

This place used to be great. Now it's rubbish! The chicken was half cold. My whole family had stomach aches after we got home. THANK YOU FOR THE FOOD! NOT! Will not be visiting here again.

Honestly the worst Nando's I have ever had. I have had Nando's in regional Victoria, in 3 states in Australia and in the UK and this is by far the worst. We ordered a burger with pineapple and bacon- bacon barely cooked and no pineapple. One burger was open in the takeaway bag, the chips are soggy (we have tried twice) If you are a Nando's fan, don't go here. If you have never tried Nando's, don't go here as it will put you off trying it again.

I was order half chicken, it was really well cooked, proper cuts and proper baisting on it.

I picked up my phone order this afternoon around 4 pm
staff was ignoring me while he and other colleagues were just talking and pretend didn't see me. I was waiting for almost 10 mins.no one bothered to ask what I need. Until I asked about my order it's been sitting on their bench since I arrived. Not so very happy the way this staff treated me.

Always a great feed and always quickly served. Nandos no longer accept cash and is a card only facility. Due to covid and inflation, prices have gone up and there has been no chicken ribs for over a year. Still 5/5

Just 3 star because of the service. Food was alright not that great. Overly priced. And also they should change the menu as it’s too old.

This Nandos restaurant is "mainly" focused on fulfilling Uber Eats orders whilst customers dining in have to wait for their orders to be completed longer than usual.

Expect items from your order missing when fulfilled having to even wait more.

Placed an order on the table earlier today at 7pm via the app. At 7: 30 the waiter came and advised that your order cannot be completed as we have run out of chicken. It was complete caos at the restaurant.

Ordered wraps as an alternative and were provided with burgers instead!

Will definitely avoid this resturant for the future.

Always pretty busy and decent Nandos franchise!

Good meal, they have a strange rule that if you have points you can not redeem them with other cash purchase.

The food was good, the tidiness of the restaurant was below par. (Multiple tables unbussed)
