This Nandos has given our group of 20 people such a great experience! Sam and the team provided exceptional service, the food was super fresh and cooked to perfection. So impressed with these guys and the service.

Superb food. We are addicted to their grilled chicken. Service is good as well. However, toilets can be bit more clean and lively.

Chef (S) grilled the chicken to perfection, and was very juicyyy! Props to him. Staff was also very helpful.

This was shocking we ordered as per QR code on table no one came to give us a drink or see how we were we waited 50 min for our food which was very average not a single word spoken by staff as they delivered food we were left to find our own cutlery this is the worst place we have eaten in Adelaide and will never recommend it it anyone it recived 1 star for service as there is no option fir 0 stars which is what they deserve

parking is easy and large shopping center to do things after or before eating

I waited for 15 minutes and then asked where's my order, then they started making it.
They do all the takeaway orders before before they prepare the dining in orders

Very busy, not the friendliest of staff but they were good, efficient and busy and did their jobs.
Food was good, love Nandos but not as good as I have had at other Nandos

One of the reasons I like this nandos store is its bearded manager. Only his service awareness makes me feel warm. I will frequently visit this store because of him. Also, I like tender chicken legs.

Good is great but they need to improve the cleanliness. There’s flies everywhere and their toilets are disgusting

Kitchen clogged we are closed! Yet people dining in. Turned away. What a load of rubbish. What sort of racket are you mod running. And what is a clogged kitchen anyway? Never going to try with these guys again. I’m still hungry as I write this

I have been to this joint of Nando's many times in the past, but today's visit was the greatest and the chicken was the juiciest of the lot. Taste was real rich.

Friendly staff and a pretty tasty meal. Didn't realise they don't do cash though, bit odd but it certainly didn't affect the taste. Can't go wrong with some Peri Peri chips and a pita.

$20 for a small regular chicken burger meal. NOTHING like the good fast food stores. Over priced. My burger bun was so bloody dry, it got stuck going down. Tasteless and expensive. Don't bother.

Went to the Kurralta Park outlet with my son who is in a wheelchair. In and out CUSTOMERS helped me with the heavy door. Very tricky to navigate wheelchair past other tables. There was an empty table with no chairs and no reserved sigh. I approached staff to ask for a chair so I could sit next to my child. They said table was reserved. Offered another table which would have meant I'd have to stand up everytime I needed to attend to my child. I took my business elsewhere. Poor customer service.

Nando's was one of my favourite chains in the UK so I hate to see it doing so poorly in Australia, especially in Adelaide with the closure of a few locations. But the standards here are just not being met. The orders here are just never consistent which makes your local chicken shop more favourable unfortunately. Personally never had an issue with waiting times but the meals always differ in size and quality. Truly hope to see some improvement as it's got the potential.

The guy delivering my food was very polite and friendly. Went out of his way to make sure I got my food at a difficult address.

Good food 1 helpful staff member, stupid ordering system that took ages to work. Don’t take cash? Legal tender! Business does not want to succeed. I won’t bother again
