I love the food and the atmosphere here. However since changing to app for service I find myself leaving out of frustration. The internet signal is horrible and often the app just fails to process the order.

Drove 15mins for lunch with the work boys only to be turned away because their internet was down. They wouldnt accept cash because they are cashless. Pretty useless being cashless without internet. They wouldnt even let me hotspot them because they dont even know how to change the settings on their system.
Even offered a tip for the staff to cover the food cost and still sent us away.
Understandable if somthing was faulty in the kitchen but since when do you need internet to make food.

We always love to have a dinner here, but my last visit is horrible.
The guy at the counter is very rude.
Dont know how to help the costumer and told me that they are not accepting CASH anymore.
I asked when its happen.
He said 4 YEARS AGO.
Seriously? I pay cash the last time i visit 4 months Ago.
They need to train there staff how to be polite and how to have a good costumers service.
So if you want to spend your money with a good costumer service
Dont come here.

The staff are not up to the job they are paid for and it's a shame. I ordered a dine-in meal. Food arrived with a bit of attitude.
Then in my fries I noticed there are cold fries mixed in fresh ones and funnies was this one semi-raw slice of sweet potato!
Do they even pay attention to what they do in the kitchen?
One thing I noticed was that people could have their beverages glasses filled up at the free drink dispenser for them where I had paid 5.50 for my drink in a bottle. Well I'll never go there again.

What happened to this place? It used to be really good food. I had a classic chicken burger and the chicken was the smallest piece I have ever come across.
I asked the waitress if this is normal and was shrugged off with “ oh like they just come in different sizes”.
With a score of 3.5 stars at time of writing it shows they are losing clientele quickly with lots not going to return. I definitely wont especially with what they try to charge for it. KFC are jumps ahead with chicken burgers

Worst experience, food order wasn’t as stated in the menu. It appears that chef is not interested in doing their job.

Very bad customer service, mentioned that customers could order meals at front desk but when you get there they ask you to order online.wasted so much time, never ever recommend to anyone, worst service

They have old menu online and never have ítems that we order. I ordered sweet potato and they just gave me chips after paid it and said 'sorry, we don't have". Then, I ordered chicken sweet paprika and they gave me a plain chicken and said 'sorry again, we don't have that sauce". So, basicaly I paid for ítems and they didn't give it to me. What a shame. It was a Sunday, not busy day

You can't order at counter. You have to use their app to order with your phone, for dinning-in! Or the girl at counter will say No, you have to order on app to dine-in here. Then I'll eat elsewhere then. Went to Grilled, had a happy meal.

We waited an hour and twenty minutes for our food, and watched everyone else in the restaurant also wait equally as long. At one point out of the 16 tables, only 3 people actually had food. We watched a lot of customers be turned away especially for take away orders. I’m not sure if they were understaffed or something had broken down in the kitchen, but considering they don’t take bookings, I think they’d be able to staff themselves more efficiently if they knew how many customers they’d be having that day if they did take bookings. The waitresses seemed to have nothing to do while waiting for food while people didn’t even get given their drinks until their food came out. Not sure why they couldn’t serve them their drinks when there was no food to serve, or why they couldn’t help out in the kitchen. Super disappointing, an hour and twenty minutes! Seriously?

We went in around 8pm. Was asked dinning in or take away. We told the staff that we were dining in. 35 minutes later they came with a takeaway bag. No plates no cutlery no nothing. Same thing happened to other tables around the same time all people getting takeaway food while ordered dine in. You can tell by the confusion on people’s face. I understand that closing shifts are busy but at least tell us what we were getting so we could choose to leave.

Had to change my 5 review to 1.
Last 2 orders from here have been missing items, which is seeming to be a theme now. Either they are stealing the food/drinks and charging full price or they can't follow instructions.
I have made a compliant but I know nothing will happen.
Extremely unhappy and staff I have spoke too are unhelpful and rude.

We were Nando's regulars, love the quality of their chicken and the service was good. Will no longer be coming back. Everytime we "try", emphasis on try, to order we get told to use the app - which never works, always crashes when you try to pay, website is also the same. When you ask if you can order in person because it's not working they tell you they don't take takeaway orders in person. The quality of the food has gone down recently also, as well as wait times increasing with no apologies. We ordered tonight via the app, my partner went to pick up and on arrival told there was a 30 minute delay, he had driven 30 mins from work. Don't know why we weren't told of the delay via the app?

Manager Alisha and her staff member Leon made sure that our experience was comfortable and safe. They were very understanding and accommodating to our situation. Incredibly happy with what they did for us.

May not have been a big deal to them, but where we can actually dine and be safe is quite limited. Thank you again for your service. (And the food never disappoints)

I am a creature of habit, and always got the same thing: classic burger. Today I got adventurous and tried their new burger with bacon and caramelised onion. Loved it and found my new favourite and go to.

Food was nice, chips were a little on the cold side but not to bad. We ordered on the app as this is preferable. It took quite awhile and pur server didn't seem overly friendly or approachable.

Won’t serve at the counter even though their QR code doesn’t work well, their new menu isn’t as good as their old one, was ignored at the counter and their servers were rude. Used to love Nandos.

Would love to review the food but upon waiting at the sign at the front saying “wait to be seated” which no one came to. I was then told I had to sit and order through their unsecured QR app, with credit card or PayPal, the PayPal didn’t work and couldn’t pay at the counter because the managers don’t allow it…. 3 customers walked it and walked out saying to hard and they don’t even take cash.
