Namaste India Grocery Store reviews
42Very disappointed. Many of their items are expired. By mistake I bought expired items. When i went to return they said “you can use it, if the quality will not be good then come and return”. When i said i want to return they said we cant refund, you have to buy something else in same amount we cant refund you the amount. It has happened more than three times with me. Never going back to Namaste Indian grocery again. Please always check expiry date before buying because they will not refund your money but will force you to buy something else instead.
This Indian grocery store offers a wide range of products, including fresh produce and frozen items. The store is impressively well-organized, and the owner is exceptionally friendly. You'll also find a delightful display of fresh sweets that are quite tempting.
Nevertheless, when it comes to pricing, this store tends to be a bit higher compared to many other Indian grocery stores in the area. However, it's important to note that the convenience factor is a significant advantage, with plenty of parking available for customers.
Went there a couple of times, and the staff was very good and helpful, good customer service
Absolutely disgusting grocery store ever seen in Adelaide. Selling noodle which has already expired before 2 years ago as we can see in the picture and when we went there to inform the owner did not even apologise and also he put the blame on warehouse owners
Think 1000 times before going, please save your life
Highly not recommended
It is one place where you find almost everything you need and they arrange also if the things you need are not there then you may find them for sure in your next visit.
Used to shop here for years. Not anymore, as I found expiry dates on spices tampered with, inflated prices and prices not displayed to mislead customers. Staff can be very rude or nice unlike other grocery stores around, where there is consistency. I go elsewhere now as we have plenty of choices within short distances.
Did not got the bag or anything to put stuff on after buying. Dumb owner but other staffs are good.
I attended with a charging problem, fixed within the hour. The staff woolies and very friendly.
Good store. Lot of variety to choose from. Almost everything you need is available in this Indian grocery store.
Customer service is great and friendly. You can find many more Indian grocery here and specially on weekend you can enjoy Vegetarian puff pastry.
Variety of Indian stuff, however the "fresh" sweets were slightly sub standard.too sugery!
I go here for my henna and ingredients for fine home made curries An comprehensive range of authentic products at reasonable prices.
Worst Indian store in beautiful Adelaide. Owner is highly avaricious. Other Indian stores are highly better
We've been buying our groceries from Namaste India Grocery store for years now. The owners are genuine, honest and hardworking people. They are polite and usually will go the extra mile if you are respectful. I have had no issues whatsoever. There are reviews posted by some people stating need to improve customer service and some saying the prices are more than the other stores.i strongly disagree with such feedbacks. Looks like people are submitting bad reviews to increase the sales of other indian stores. Defaming one business to make it look bad hoping other stores will look good is a myth and i oppose such reviews. Keep up the good work Namaste India Grocery Store. I am a happy customer.
It has all the items needed for many Asian dishes as well as some specialised cooking utensils I noticed, not too expensive for a non chain owned store, happy I looked there.
Well stocked with all Indian Grocery items, and Indian Sweets.
Prices are more competitive now after a previous review.
Can’t wait to visit. I’ll change my review if anything goes wrong but looks good. This place looks amazing! Can’t wait to visit. I’ll change my review if anything goes wrong but looks really good? As someone who doesn’t go to this kind of place often I was wondering if staff could help me with ingredients needed for cooking? And is parking free?
Visits often.large no. Of variety in every product found. If you are looking after some snacks. Namaste India got the huge amount of collection.
You need to improve your customer service. I visit this store 1st and last time.
You are saying it’s fake review. You should know how do you serve customer. We pay for it, don’t get free.
Very happy buying my Indian meal supplies from Namaste.
On the two occasions I've bought here the staff have spoken good English and offered great advice.
