Nairne Medical Clinic

My 5 year old daughter split her eyebrow open because she tripped and fell on a bench. Did not have a car so we were walking and we walked past the Nairne clinic. Thought we would go inside and see if they could help or point us in the right direction. Two people at front desk served a customer and then when the customer left they were discussing billing etc. Totally fine but was carrying my daughter with a bloody cloth over her eye and not once did they acknowledge us. Not a "we will be with you in a moment" or " do you have an appointment? ", they just kept talking about the computer system. We waited for approx 5 mins and then left because we felt they were not interested in us at all. Absolutely disgusting and we will never go there.

Went to the chemist and they helped us with cleaning up the wound and next steps. They showed genuine concern and were very helpful.

The clinic consistently runs late for appointments. The standard wait time once you're in the clinic for your scheduled GP appointment runs anywhere from 40 - 50 mins. My advice? Schedule your appointment and then attend 30 mins late to save you time. Alternatively, drive 10 mins up the road to another clinic with better care and prompt appointments.

Useless. Doctors that don't keep records! Not helpful when it's a mental health care plan that is now non existent. Unprofessional and detrimental to patients. They might bulk bill but what's the point. Are they even actual doctors?

Very caring doctors. First Bulk billing clinic for GPS and Allied health practitioners in the Adelaide Hills. Free Gym membership for patients. Highly recommend this place.

The doctor was not interested in my symptom, even rude. My consultation was finished with only one sentence"then use painkiller". It was waste of time.

Male receptionist Karal is extremely rude. Turning people away despite negative covid swabs? No wonder our emergency departments are struggling.
They also require you to wear masks, multiple people asked if they had a masks for patients which they didn't.

Overall awful clinic.

I'm sorry but this place is a shambles. I was misdiagnosed- told flu and it was HAND, FOOT & MOUTH DISEASE and that's a big difference as I was very contagious. The place is disorganised and dirty. The doctor's office was covered in rubbish and files everywhere even on the floor. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

Best GP's I have ever had, they are all about the service, they really take time and listen. Dr Luke and Dr Lasath are lovely and genuinely care about their patients.cannot recommend them enough.
